Thank you so much, Ms. Lily and Ms. Shy, for making my child’s Pre-K year so special. You both made him feel so at home from the very beginning, and that meant so much to us. We’ve seen him grow in so many ways this year — in how he talks, how he plays, and how excited he is to learn — and we know a big part of that is because of the love and care you showed every single day. We’re really grateful for the patience, kindness, and encouragement you’ve given him. It’s not easy to leave your child with someone else for the first time, but knowing he was with both of you made it feel safe and right. Thank you for being such a big part of his early learning journey. We’ll always remember this year fondly.

The staff is truly incredible and loves my daughter like I do. I have a sense of security when I go to work everyday knowing she is in their care. They have taken incredible care of her and I have always felt confident in their abilities to care for my child. When she arrives at daycare even for being as young as she is she gets excited and giggles and smiles. The feeling it gives me is invaluable. I would always recommend this location over any other one. The staff is kind, loving, and extremely helpful. It doesn't matter how many questions you have they will always be patient and listen to you and give you an honest answer. Which I can respect to the fullest. Hands down best center ever, wish she could stay here forever!

Phenomenal Center! Sending your little ones off to daycare is hard and it's hard to find a good facility, but if you want COMPLETE peace of mind in knowing that your child is taken care of by the best while you're not there, this is the place for you. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Kindercare Auburn Hills. Every single one of the staff members are fantastic, there's great communication, extra classes and extracurricular activities for the kids and the teachers REALLY love their students and what they do. Worried about a difficult drop off? They cater to your child and make sure they are okay. We've had our share of rough mornings and everyone pitched in to make sure he was fine and had an easy transition into the school day when I left. By the time I got to my car and looked back through the window, he'd be engaged in conversation with the teacher or already playing with friends. They also make sure your child is completely familiar with all of the teachers to make for an easy transition of moving up in age levels and into a new classroom. They're a special bunch of people. I can't say enough. I don't even have one complaint. I 100% recommend this facility.

Having my son attend this learning center was the best decision I made for him. Not only did it help prep him for kindergarten without even trying, he was a generally nicer and better-balanced kid at the end of the day. The staff was amazing; comforting when he got hurt, understanding when we had schedule changes, and supportive for both my son and myself during personal issues. More than once did the staff let me cry and vent, which is way above and beyond anything I would have expected, but it was just what my family needed. I consider many of the staff members friends, and would have kept my son enrolled for many years to come if they had let us! Highly, highly recommended.

My daughter has attended Auburn Hills KinderCare for the past four years, and we could not be happier with the services they provide. The teachers and staff are phenomenal at this location. My daughter has grown so much socially and academically, and I have no doubt she is now ready to make the transition to kindergarten in the fall. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I am so glad to have been part of this one.
