The Twos teachers are amazing! They have made this change easier on my daughter and I. They give the adequate attention to each and every kid and build a special bond with each and everyone of them, but I think they can use some extra help. My daughter loves them 🤍 We are so thankful to have them! Wanda is also very helpful & always greeting everyone .

I can't say enough about the loving environment here at kindercare. The staff is so kind and loving to the kiddos and really try hard to meet the needs of the whole child. The Director there is Wanda, and I know while my precious ones are with her and her staff, that she is going to be momma while momma is away. She is direct and organized. She understands child development and helps parents to understand and apply it in the home. As a teacher myself I have so much respect for the high standards Ms. Wanda has for the students, staff and most importantly the families/parents.

My son loves it they are amazing people working with my son and taking good care of him!!

If you would have asked me when we first started Kindercare I probably would have given it a 2 star review only because the old director had no control over the center or the children and parents. Ms. Wanda came into the center and has completely transformed the center from the almost fight club mentality to this wonderful friendly and fun center. My youngest has been here now more than 2 year and loves going, he went from Ms. Marylou to Ms. DIamond and now Ms. CeeCee whom he adores. Between Ms. Wanda, Sarah, Ms. Araceli and Ms Nikita there is no shortage of love for these kids and it shows. My oldest who once had to leave because there were bullies in the school age groups has had such a different experience since Ms. Wanda has taken over and gotten rid of the kids and parents who don't respect the rules,teachers or other children. Its like a completely different center than before and I am so thankful as the kids love going and playing with their friends.

Terrible and very scary !!!! So my 22 month old son started going to this child care November 14th of this year i did a tour and noticed a few red flags like the toys being extremely dirty outside I had addressed a few of the teachers and they stated that they don't clean the outdoor toys and that I should mention it to their manager Meagan Meagan stated it's something that they do at the end of the day ... not a big deal I noticed that the teachers were also very agreesive not with their toddlers but with their older children minor things told myself I may have been over thinking decided to give it a shot my son had went that Monday Tuesday didn't go Wednesday due to my work schedule and Thursday and Friday . I noticed when I would pick my son up that he would be EXTREMELY SAD AND DEPRESSSED not normal Aidyn ( which is my son ) on a day to day basis very happy and energetic kid . I figure it was just in a kids nature due to new faces new teachers new environment my father picked my son up Friday afternoon and he picked my son up with a black eye father is very elderly didn't really notice the swelling by the time I picked up my son which was only about 30 minutes after I noticed that my son had a black eye called after hours and luckily someone in maintenance was there she stated is Aidyn your son I go yes she stated I noticed he had a black eye way earlier that day! No one had contacted me or anything so Monday I follow up they go they questioned all the teachers and no one noticed my son had a full swollen black eye I go well there was a rep that stated she noticed he had a black eye director Sarah stated that rep stated she doesn't recall ( must've been a slip up ) I am currently in the process of reporting this Childcare to every company and head of there department that you can think of it's not the principal of what happened it's that I was never contacted and it is very obvious this was a slip up I never received an apology called no sympathy nothing at all please do Not enroll your child at this facilitiy
