Kindercare Learning Center #1159

Both my kiddos attended this daycare for about 3 years under the previous director, Barb. As a working mother who needed certain hours and location I chose this location. We had several issues. Lost items that were never recovered and no solution was offered, just had to repurchase and bring in new items. The teachers yelled at the students, they didn’t watch the children. The way my son’s face was scratched up you would think they were running a fighting club among the kids. He has facial scars to this day from this center. The director gossiped about parents with staff. I could not get out my littles out of this center fast enough and could never recommend. I hope that things have changed with new management.

They have no leadership which means no oversight. No one to go to for issues. The current director is never there, they always refer you to another center director who has never stepped foot in your given center. I thought with it being a franchise it would be better, I was wrong. Stick with locally owned small businesses, you’ll have better luck and much more personal care for you and your family.

My youngest currently attends this Kindercare location and is in the infant room with Ms. Lisa. She’s amazing, trusting and consistent with her communication and care for babies. She even took care of my oldest 4 years ago. Also, the new Director and assistant director (Precious and Elise) have made great improvements to the outside and inside of the center that I as a parent greatly appreciate. They always are kind when you see them and make sure the center is cleanly.

My daughter has been attending Centennial KinderCare since she was 3 and just turned 5. All of her teachers and even the teachers for other classrooms go out of their way to pay special attention to not only her but all of the children that attend Centennial. My daughter has learned to write words, numbers, speak Spanish and is now learning to read. My husband and I appreciate everyone at this center and will continue to have our daughter attend before and after school care once she starts kindergarten this year. Thanks to ALL of you for setting my daughters path in life in such a successful way!

I have been with this center for over 15 years. You know that this is a great place when the majority of the staff has been there this entire time. When your teachers are happy they are great educators for your children. They have become like our second family. I couldn't see myself putting them anywhere else for childcare.
