We’ve had a wonderful experience with KinderCare! The staff is caring, attentive, and truly invested in the children’s well-being and development. The facility is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the curriculum keeps the kids engaged with fun, educational activities. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel confident that my child is in great hands. Highly recommend KinderCare for anyone looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare center!

Do NOT bring your child here. It’s literally About money only than neglect is unreal. The long list of incident Reports I have an entire folder full Of injuries, my child sustained in their care. And pictures of injuries that were never reported that I had to document myself to assure my childs safety. They up charge for food They feed your child. And it is not quality food that you should have to pay that much for I’ve been in the kitchen and seen it myself. I almost lost my job because they didn’t receive something and I had to literally leave my job on the dime Very last second leaving my clients at my work, screwed my boss furious, And they did not care even though my child has been loyalty going there every single day since she was eight weeks old and she is now 13 months old. I made the decision to leave. Oh, and even if you’re an hour late on your payment, they will charge you an extra $30 every week. They do not care. They are not willing to compromise. They’re not willing to work with you because they only care about money.. It’s very sad because it’s not the teacher’s fault. It’s a administration that’s the problem. The teachers, some well, most are great! They’re severely overworked because they’re understaffed. They have too many kids in a room and it’s hard to keep up with them hence the injuries hence the neglect.. I literally started a new job and have to wait two weeks to get paid. I’m a single mother doing the best I can and I’ve never caused any issues Take my child on time every single day and they literally Again, not the teachers only administration Was not even willing to work with me. They said I only had two days to figure it out Or my child wasn’t welcome back. Like my child is some sort of pawn. In a disgusting money, hungry game. It truly is a blessing in disguise. It finally gave me Enough strength to walk away. My child deserves better And so does yours.

My 7 y.o. Autistic son has attended the center during school breaks and has been with with Ms. Manal. She was so great with him and patient, he is a kid that likes his routine and can sometimes get over whelmed easily. She really took the time to understand him and listen when I explained his ticks and signs. The staff themselves are friendly and inviting and the Center Director is so understanding! I would reccomend this center to anyone who asks!

My son has been taken care of at Holland-Sylvania’s Kindercare for 4 years. The director is amazing, she’s down to earth & caring. All of the teachers he has been with have taken their time to teach him one on one. It is amazing how much this Kindercare has grown with adding speech therapy! Highly recommend to send your children to this Kindercare for awesome teaching, caring & safe environment. Thank you guys & my family truly appreciate you all!

I ABSOLUTELY love everything about KinderCare!! The staff is more like family, the curriculum is perfectly tailored to be age appropriate, and the meal program offers a diverse variety to introduce new foods to the children. Prior to enrollment, our child was very co dependent and was not used to being around other child. In the short time we have been part of the KinderCare family, we have seen a huge improvement with our child’s independence and social skills. I’m so happy with the decision we made to enroll our child here!
