My daughter has attended since she was an infant, and she's now in Pre-K. She has loved her teachers in every classroom, and the consistency of staff has honestly been fabulous since she is often very shy and takes some time to adjust in new rooms. I absolutely love how they have the SoccerShots program in the spring and fall to introduce little ones to sports during their day. It's going to be bittersweet when she transitions to Kindergarten, but the program here at Eden Road has been amazing with helping her grow. Everyone here truly loves the kids and goes above and beyond.

The KinderCare facility on Eden Road in Lancaster, PA will be a chapter in our book that we will always look back on and remember fondly. Our preschooler is a quiet and reserved child, who has become more confident and more independent with the help and love of his teachers, Ms. Amber and Ms. Lydia, and the rest of the staff at this location. The facility is always clean and the staff are incredibly down to earth, polite, professional, and engaged. The director Ms. Lindsay and assistant director Ms. Margo really take an interest in the children, families, and helping their staff to reach their full potential. The classrooms are educational and allow for lots of free and explorative play during the day. The food is healthy and made with love-thanks to Ms. Dot in the kitchen working hard every morning to make sure everyone is fed. Communication is great at all times whether it’s with a teacher or higher up. We know that our child is safe and well looked after. He loves attending, and it’s been comforting knowing that his teachers meet him at his level and have empathy and patience with his more quiet nature. This is how every childcare facility should operate. They really set the bar high and deliver. It makes me sad that my child will be leaving soon to Kindergarten. There’s such a comfort knowing my child is seen and heard, and we are too. Thanks KinderCare!

My son has been attending this center since last September. At that time, he was a beginner in English, and I was very worried about whether he would be able to get along with other kids. That was nine months ago. Now, he loves being here and enjoys playing with his friends every day. His amazing teacher, Ms. Lori, is always attentive to each child. She is incredibly kind and hardworking, and my son absolutely adores her. I’ve had two parent-teacher conferences so far, and her feedback has always made me feel reassured. I can truly see how much he has grown. I’d also like to mention that Ms. Lindsay is a wonderful center director. She always responds promptly to my questions and keeps everything well-organized. Ms. Margo, the assistant director, is one of the outstanding teachers here. She is thoughtful, passionate, and always considerate of each child's needs. Ms. Lisa, the new assistant director, is also very kind and approachable. The center is always clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are many other amazing staff members as well. Ms. Samantha and Ms. Lydia sometimes tell me about things my son says in English, which always makes me smile at pick-up time. Ms. Dorothy prepares healthy and delicious meals for the children every day. Our family always looks forward to the photos sent through the app. It's such a great way to get a glimpse into his daily life at the center. We’ve had our son enrolled at KinderCare since he was just 3 months old—he’s now 2—and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that has helped him thrive. One of the biggest things that stands out to us is the communication. We love receiving photos and videos throughout the day—it gives us peace of mind and a glimpse into all the fun and learning happening while we're at work. The team is also incredibly transparent when it comes to things like illness, which we really appreciate. It's part of daycare life, but having open, proactive communication makes all the difference. Over the past two years, we've built real relationships with the teachers and have full trust in the care they provide. It's clear how much they love and care for our little guy, and that means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the KinderCare team and are already looking forward to enrolling our daughter in the infant room when she arrives this summer!
