Kindercare - Harwood

KinderCare has been my village since we had our first child. My kids have fun they enjoy their teachers they have age appropriate curriculum and activities. Because they are now Skyrise they provide so much support including diapers and wipes for babies I no longer have to worry about if we have extra supplies. My one of my children has special needs and they make sure his needs are met. They send updates and pictures and videos through their day to keep us informed. The director Ms. Muraya is awesome very understanding with working with us to accommodate to our childrens needs.

As an educator myself I am highly satisfied with the way that Ms. Muraya runs her daycare. Of course the kids are happy, but the most important part is that her staff is happy as well. They seem to actually enjoy working here, don’t seem overwhelmed by their positions, and have done a great job of educating my kid. Ms. Muraya has held her position for a while now and has done infinitely better than the other people that have been in her position. Teachers openly communicate with parents, there are events on the weekends as well as some things that happen during the week, and everything just seems so much more put together and like I’m getting my money’s worth. It’s hard to find teachers and admin that are as dedicated and involved with the students that attend their institution but I think with this group of ladies it feels very genuine in regards to their love for education and nurturing little ones.

Update!! So, I have had my kids out of this daycare for about a year now. The daycare was good, but the one problem they do have is being unsanitary. They also wouldn't refuse sick kids during the time I was there. Because of these issues I and my family stayed consistently sick. Since removing my babies we haven't had one cold. I haven't been here since so they might be better now. But yeah that was my experience.

My sweet boy has been attending this center for about two months now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most comforting and rewarding experiences for both of us. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with warmth, kindness, and a true sense of community. The director, Ms. Muraya, and his teacher, Ms. Bree, have been nothing short of amazing, but I also want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate every single teacher and staff member who plays a role in my son’s day. Ms. Muraya leads with such grace, compassion, and strength—it’s clear how deeply she cares about the children, the families, and the staff. Ms. Bree has built such a sweet bond with my little one, and her patience, energy, and encouragement have made him feel so safe and seen. But the love doesn’t stop there. Every teacher we’ve come across has shown him care, attention, and affection—from warm greetings in the morning to kind words and gentle redirection throughout the day. What continues to stand out to me is the incredible communication. I receive updates and photos of my son during the day, and each one brings a sense of peace to my heart and a big smile to my face. Whether he’s painting, playing outside, or sharing a laugh with a teacher, those little glimpses into his day remind me that he’s in the best possible hands. The staff here go above and beyond not just to care for our kids, but to make parents feel informed, included, and reassured. It means the world to know that while I’m away, my baby is being cared for by people who truly love what they do—people who celebrate his milestones, nurture his growth, and support him with kindness every single day. He comes home happy, full of laughs, and excited to go back the next morning. As a parent, there is no greater gift than that sense of peace and trust. To Ms. Muraya, Ms. Bree, and every teacher and caregiver at the center—thank you. Thank you for your tireless dedication, your warm hearts, your playful spirits, and your incredible impact. You’ve created a space that feels like a second home for my son, and for that, I am forever grateful. Your work truly matters, and we see the difference you make every single day.

My kids have been attending here for a little over a year now. Very pleased with how are experience has been. Mrs.Morgan the director is amazing. Makes sure the center is running smoothly each day even when she isn’t there. All of the teachers are amazing. Not just the ones who teach my kids. We have gone through some major challenges in our personal lives and everyone at the center has been so supportive with us. It’s just not a daycare to us, they are like family.
