I will never go here I applied for this daycare at the beginning or the end of January, and I had all my subsidy and everything ready. They took and accepted my subsidy before they even accepted his physical, his shot records or anything. I owe a fee and I paid the fee every time for the past three days that I bought my baby up to this daycare, they keep telling me oh he can’t come he can’t come, but The Director 🎥 Marissa is telling me that he was supposed to be at the daycare and he was already supposed to start they don’t call they don’t communicate. They don’t do anything. They don’t have any sympathy for people having to go to work or nothing The way they handle the situation is unprofessional and I will never I just literally had to switch daycare today just so my baby could go to be able to be enrolled in school

I have contacted this daycare numerous times to get my newborn enrolled via website intake form, phone calls and emails. I have received no response. I finally got a hold of someone name Nicole. She was somewhat polite but very condescending. She took my name and number and told me she’d have the director contact me but this has yet to happen. I am still waiting on communication. I will not be taking my baby to this daycare!

We love KinderCare Hampton! The teachers are incredibly caring and go above and beyond to support every child's growth. Our son started here at age 3, and when our daughter was born, we knew exactly where to take her. They offer so many age-appropriate activities that help kids meet every milestone. We especially love all the updates and pictures we get throughout the day, we always know exactly what our children are up to, which gives us so much peace of mind. Shuai, the director, is amazing!! she keeps communication clear and consistent with parents. We can’t recommend KinderCare Hampton enough, it’s truly a place where children are supported and loved every day, 10/10 .

Our daughter loves her daycare. The staff here are all very kind and loving. The facility is in an older building but kept very, very clean. The director is very responsive and communicates with families openly and often. We have really loved our experience here! My daughter has thrived with all of her teachers. I appreciate the thought they put into the learning activities each month. Highly recommend this place!

My family has been at Hampton KinderCare 9 months and it has been a wonderful experience! Shuai, the current director, is extremely responsive to messages, every staff member knew our kiddos name right away, and they have helped us first time parents with some tough transitions. They have an app to give parents live updates and photos throughout the day. It is clear the staff truly cares about these kiddos! Nothing beats having this peace of mind when dropping your child off at daycare - we are so happy to have them in our neighborhood!
