Kindercare Child Care Center

Our family loves Kindercare Needham Heights! Our son has been going since he was 10 months old and he is “graduating” to kindergarten this fall. And our daughter has been going since she was 4 months old and is turning 3 in August. The teachers and staff are so kind and thoughtful. We love that they listen to our concerns and treat our kids like their own. When our kids were infants they were great with following our schedule. As far as logistics go, I love that they provide snacks, food, and fun activities (crafts in the winter, outdoor bubbles and fun when the weather). I also like that we can see what our kids are up to on the app as the teachers post photos, videos, and notes. With two working parents it’s nice to know our kids are loved, learning, and having fun while we work. So grateful for Jackie and the entire team!!

We have been at KC for the past 6 years. Both of my children have gone through their entire program from Infants through PreK. I love that they provide snacks and lunch, which makes my day to day routine much easier! The teachers are all wonderful and caring and the curriculum is appropriate for the age level. We will miss our entire KC family and crew when my son graduates from pre-K this summer!

Hands-down one of the best daycares around! My son loved coming here and left very happy, learning new things everyday. Enjoyed the daily prepared lunches and snacks (included in tuition; they have a cook).Teachers and staff build bonds with the kids which makes it enjoyable and an easy drop off for parents. Its difficult to find such care with great flexibility in hours (closed on major holidays only) and needs. Definitely recommend!

We moved to the area in 2020 (during COVID) and put both our infant and toddler in this Kindercare location. Coming from using both Primrose and Bright Horizons in our old towns, we had high expectations and a good idea of what to look for in a daycare. Given we had enrolled while COVID restrictions and supply shortages (both human resource and goods) were still in full effect, it was very hard to create a personal connections with the center due to lack of in person contact. I cannot imagine how hard it was as a teacher to not have a thankful parents look at you everyday and let them know how amazing of a job you were doing but they power through. While our friends and colleagues told horror stories about their daycares having multi day last minute shutdowns due to staffing, we rarely saw disruptions due to the extraordinary efforts this Kindercare went through to make sure they stayed open to serve their families. This meant lots of family communications and shuffling of staff to ensure guidelines were met to keep rooms open - something that they easily could have thrown the towel in on many times and just shut down. Fast forward to COVID restrictions lifting and I can confidently say both of our children absolutely adored their time here. The fresh daily meals, amazing splash pad days, on site sports programs, kind hearted staff always greeting you with a smile... I can go on and on. Everyday at pickup when we asked our kid's how their day was, they never hesitated to say good or great, at the minimum. This center has been nothing but selfless and we are so grateful for them. I know it's hard to express gratitude often as we shuffled in and out of there on a daily basis, but thank you so much for everything!
