A To Z Child Care And Preschool

Our 2.5-year-old son, who didn’t know any English when he started, has been attending A to Z Day Care for about three months — and he has already learned so many English words and simple sentences! When we first visited the school, Kaylie welcomed us so warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful. Our son adjusted to the school much more easily than we expected. We’re very happy to be part of the A to Z family and truly thankful to everyone there! 💛

Both of our children have had the privilege of starting their learning journey at A to Z Childcare and Preschool in Needham, and we cannot recommend this center highly enough. Our daughter attended between 2021-2022 with significant language and communication delays. Under the extraordinary guidance of teachers like Ms. Janice and Ms. Jess in preschool and pre-K, she blossomed. Her language, reading, and social-emotional skills flourished, and she was so well prepared for kindergarten that she sailed through her first months with confidence. What is often the hardest transition became seamless for her, thanks to A to Z. Naturally, when it was time for her younger brother (six years her junior) to begin in 2023, there was no question where he would go. While he is naturally quiet and introverted, the A to Z staff have gone above and beyond in helping him find his voice. With their patient support, he mastered potty training, expanded his vocabulary, and gained a new level of confidence that grows daily. The new administration has made a strong center even stronger. Under the leadership of Ms. Kaylie, the campus has seen impressive upgrades to security, parent resources, and educational programming. She brings positivity, focus, and a real commitment to continuous improvement. I especially appreciate her responsiveness to parent feedback and her belief in setting individual goals for each child, ensuring that no student is ever just “one of many.” A to Z isn’t just a childcare center; it’s a partner in raising bright, confident, and resilient kids. My daughter, now nine, read more than 250 fiction and nonfiction books this past summer, an enduring testament to the foundation built here. If we had a third child, there is no question we’d send them to A to Z. It is a true hidden gem, and we are so grateful to call them part of our family!

We are sooooo grateful for A to Z. It has been a wonderful place to raise our babies. Everything from the care the teachers provide, to the facility, to the amazing curriculum, to the generosity and flexibility of management. We also continue to be amazed at the opportunities Eileen adds- guest speakers, special projects, ties to the community, etc. We are so thankful for everything. Thanks for being the place where our kiddos started to grow!!!! We will miss you!!

The staffs are very caring and patient. There are lots of fun activities to encourage communication between teachers and families and help form a supportive community. Our kid loves the school so much.

We love A to Z - every classroom from infant to pre-k has been a wonderful experience. it is clear the teachers really care about my children, they have lots of fun activities like arts and crafts, yoga, music and special seasonal/holiday fun too. Hours are great, prices are reasonable and i get to see pictures of my kids throughout the day. highly recommend!
