I’ve had both of my kids enrolled here for years, and we absolutely love the staff! The center director, Lori, and her teachers are doing an amazing job! My boys are well-loved and well looked after, and are learning and growing phenomenally. Highly recommend this KinderCare!

All I have to say is WOW. This Center not only meets my expectations, but they exceed them in every way. The staff is very caring and supportive with my nephews needs. He has a ton of energy and is allow to be himself while being safe and well cared for. Since, coming there he is socially excelling and learning new things everyday. I love that the staff is friendly (almost like a family atmosphere) while having a professional demeanor. The staff is also very knowledgeable and a great resource for all types of questions regarding child welfare and development. I can say enough good things about this center and the staff (I could go on forever). Thank you so much for taking such great care of my nephew!!!!!

I love Silver lake KinderCare! They're following all the safety guidelines needed to ensure my boys get the best and safest experience out of their programs. All of the staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure that your family is taken care of. They also make sure you have everything you need. Plus their app makes it easy for the teachers to update you with pics of your kids and the activities they're doing along with supplies needed and daily toilet updates and meal updates! I would highly recommend KinderCare for anyone needing peace of mind about leaving your kiddos while you're working. Thank you KinderCare!!

My grandson goes to this daycare center, so I occasionally pick him up. I cannot recommend this place enough! They always go above and beyond! They offer the very best care I’ve ever seen, professional caring top notch staff! My grandson loves his teachers and friends at “school” and truly enjoys his days at kindercare! If we can’t be home with the kiddos then this is the next best thing! Great staff, wonderful director and very caring teachers!! 5 plus stars all the way!!

I cannot recommend anyone bring their child here. We had to have our child removed from their care multiple times due to "loose stools" To the point where we had to get his stool examined by medical professionals. We were told his stools were normal and that he is healthy and presented a letter to the Kinder team. Which wasn't enough because we still got reported his stools were loose and had to take him home from care. The worst part about all of this is that they lied or reporting on one of his bowel movements, saying he had repeated loose watery stools. They provided pictures of the first one and reported that he had another one within the same hour and showed a picture of the same diaper. We also had this confirmed with an former employee that they reported the same diaper twice so that we would have to come get him due to diarrhea. It seems like their main goal is to come up with any excuse of you having to pick your child up from their care. My main gripe is that they clearly lied to us about a bowel moment, and if they can so easily lie about that who knows what else they could be lying about.
