This Bonney Lake KinderCare is a phenomenal facility with the best employees and administration this organization has to offer. The leadership at this facility (Ashley and T) do an outstanding job of communicating and connecting with parents to make sure we know that we are not only customers to them, but family as well. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I feel seen and heard in every aspect. I also want to call out my child's teachers - Ms. Faith, Ms. Kylee, Ms. Samantha, Ms. Cecelia, Ms. Susanna, Ms. Sam, and Ms. Camila. In their care, my daughter has not only grown, but she has thrived and excelled in all areas. It is clear that the staff has been the main catalyst for her expedient development. Thank you for all you do.

I have had a great experience with this facility! The leadership team Jill and Ashley are quick to address and help with any concern or questions and are always available and visible at drop off and pickup (which is appreciated). We have also had amazing experiences with the teachers there in particular Maddi and Makayla are AMAZING with the infants my son LOVED them, they care for the kids like their own. We have also have had a great experience with the teachers Darlene in the older kids room and Susanna does a wonderful job with their phonics program! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. It is an older building but they do a good job keeping is clean and well organized. The other things I REALLY appreciate is they are always upgrading and updating including new playgrounds, new learning toys, new tables and chairs, etc. They are always looking for new innovative things to help the kids learn and grow and that is HUGE for me! They all deserve a raise for the work they do, we so appreciate them!

My family and I LOVE this staff and the leadership at this location. Our son (2yrs old) has been in their care for a several months now and we feel so comfortable and confident with this crew. We are always informed and consulted with on our sons development and needs. The staff is patient and the really lean into meeting the children where they are. They see the kids individually. This center is lead by Jill and she is simply the best. No matter if it’s reaching out to express concern or inquire about progress she always makes time, is responsive, and follows up. We will start our infant in a couple months. I recommend this Kindercare.

I have two kids (5 year old and 3 year old) coming here for about a year. The staff is amazing. They are always nice. They keep me well informed of my kid’s day and have been very patient with my youngest. He can be a bit difficult sometimes. The center is always clean and all the equipment is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this daycare.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this location for the last year for both my children. Management is wonderful, friendly and caring. Any issues that did come up were resolved quickly. My kids loved their teachers and they hardly had days where they wouldn't want to stay. Billing was simple and all online (got to pay with a credit card and get bonus rewards). Daily reports are emailed that included nap duration, meals and activities . Pictures throughout the day are emailed to parents. It was nice seeing the kids enjoying themselves during various activities. My son needed a special sunscreen due to sensitive skin and they had no issue with applying it for him. Their covid response/reopening was excellent. Being able to sign my kids in from my phone is pretty cool, hopefully they'll keep that even after things calm down. 100% recommend this location to other parents. Our experience was great with the 4 and 5 year old classrooms.
