We lived at the Timbers for close to 2 years. We were moving back to Spokane from Seattle and were trying to find a place close to town and easy access to our jobs. Once we found the Timbers online we were immediately interested. We contacted Jennifer the property manager and set up a walk through and signed a lease all within a few days. After two years of living there we couldn't have been happier with the many large windows, the 9 ft ceilings, the beautiful wood trim, and the garage...and so much more! The Timbers was a very quiet and safe place to live. We never had any issues with noise or theft. We loved that we had our own garage that leads directly into your apartment. Especially during the snow! No scrapping windows for one of us! It was so nice to also have a designated parking spot on top of the garage. We also utilized the storage units on the property which made us feel so much better to store our stuff so close by and also have easy access. We loved everything about living here! It was our first place together and it always felt so warm and welcoming. These "apartments" felt more like a town houses to us. The quality of them is SO much nicer than some of the places going up in Spokane right now. Our apartment was a two bedroom, two bathroom and it was so spacious! Very large closets, laundry in unit, and even a cute little balcony. We were so happy while we lived at the Timbers. We very recently moved out because we bought a house with some land, otherwise we wouldn't have left!
