I feel so fortunate to have found KinderCare! After moving here from Dallas, we wanted to be sure we found the right place for our son. Everyone here has been incredibly kind, and knowing that he’s in such good hands gives me so much peace of mind. I’m truly impressed by the level of care and attention the staff provides.

I just wanna say how amazing Angela and Courtney are at their job. My daughter always hugs them both everyday before we leave to go home. They truly are amazing with my child. I wouldn’t recommend another daycare but KinderCare😊. Thank you guys so much for everything.

We didn't have to wait on a wait list to get our 17 month old in, which was a huge blessing because every other day care in town has a wait list, and I'm pretty sure they are not even keeping track on who is on it, because we have been on almost all of them for almost 8 months. I was nervous at first, because she had never been to a day care. It was your typical baby response, sad and angry at first, but now I feel like she is thriving. All the teachers know her by name when we come in the morning and the director is very nice and very knowledgeable! I like that they update you on the app throughout the day and even send pictures. They do cute activities, and they get fed throughout the day, which I love because it means I don't have to pack lunch or snacks. There have been a few incidents, like my daughter fell and scraped her knee, but they handle it pretty well imo. You have to sign a paper that shows when and what happened and how it was handled, and the director is informed. Also sometimes they don't register that she is there until awhile later, and I just wait sometimes in the parking lot until they do because they check in the toddlers under 2 I think, while over 2 year olds parents sign them in on a tablet. I know they are busy in the mornings , but i can't just wait for long because I go to work. You can speak directly with the director though the app or with the director and teacher though, so sometimes I just ask them to check her in and they do it. I trust the girls here and they accept CCS which is great for us! My daughter is almost 2 now and she has been learning things there that we didn't teach her, like her ABC's song and counting to 20 ! I also like their hours of operation. I am glad we found Tina and her staff. We really appreciate y'all so much. I highly recommend this day care :) End of the story, i trust them with my baby. That's all that matters. edit: Ok sooooo some personal stuff has happened and that had a lot to do with me lowering the rating, but aside from that (that has been handled) Now that she is in the toddler class we rarely get updates in the app about anything. No food updates, nap updates, Every once in awhile they will take a picture of what the kids are doing like crafts that day, but mostly it's just no updates. Nothing. I really just hate not even knowing what she is eating throughout the day. The infant class, the teachers were really on top of updating things, even if maybe like once or twice a month there were no updates so idk why now it's so hard to update. I like knowing at least what she eats and how much. Anyway I really have enjoyed this place for the most part, I really like the teachers and the director is very great I just don't know what's going on anymore. Getting empty reports at the end of the day...like what's the point? edit edit : ended up switching to a new daycare. Incidents that kept happening where my kid would come home with bruises and bites all the time. I suspect there were more incidents not even reported. 3 Directors in less than 2 years...small, cramped and chaotic. Lots of gossip about what goes on there too.. I do miss a few teachers though, that actually cared. Mrs Lupe is amazing as is Ms Ashley who I think are still there. My daughter only ever talked about those two teachers and how she liked them. They were always very nice and respectful.

My daughter absolutely adores all of the teachers! Right now she has Ms.Courtney and my daughter loves her to pieces! KinderCare is a wonderful place that I would recommend to anybody!

If I could give this place a zero star, I sure will! My son only been to this daycare for 1 week and he already catches a cold. Today I picked him up and he has a bruise on his forehead. When I asked what happened 3 teachers didn’t know anything, till I finally got the report. I withdrew him the same day.
