Enrolling my son Bryson in KinderCare was one of the best decisions I've made. The teachers helped my son open up more, they taught him soo much in the classrooms. The directors there are great easy to communicate with. I can really say the teachers at KinderCare helped prepare my son to start school. Bryson definitely misses all of his teachers!
The director, Brittany, is horrible and has gone against the court order for my son and has done things behind my back. I have had multiple issues with other staff members, including my son being hurt multiple times. Many parents have taken their children out of here which is why they are enrolling now. Do not take your children here, please! They are not safe there.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and attention Nia and Kaitlyn give our daughter every day. From the moment we drop her off, we know she’s in a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment. They go above and beyond to make learning fun, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about each child’s development and happiness. We’ve seen our daughter grow so much socially and academically, and we credit a lot of that to the positive impact Nia and Kaitlyn have had on her. Thank you both for being such a wonderful part of her early years — we appreciate you more than words can say! Secondly, Brittany and Arica are truly amazing at what they do! From the very first day, they’ve made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident in our choice of daycare. Their leadership creates such a warm and well-organized environment, and it’s clear they genuinely care about every child and family. They’re always available, communicative, and on top of everything — which gives us so much peace of mind. It takes a special kind of dedication to do what they do so well, and we’re incredibly grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our daughter’s early learning journey. In order for all mothers, fathers, and guardians to feel a great sense of trust, security and reliability, I would say that it is all about intuition and observations of those who raise your children. Since day one of my child attending KinderCare at this location, I truly have felt this each and every day. Ms. Kelli and Ms. Jackie welcomed my child with open arms during a time when we were grieving a great loss and I could not have asked for a better transition from my daughter being cared for by a loved one to their care. In addition, Ms. Mariah and Ms. Zoey are profoundly attentive and showcase great care for my daughter as well. From keeping me informed about my child’s developmental progress to sending me pictures of her engaged in activities throughout the day, her teachers have always prioritized communication and are incredibly consistent. I am truly grateful and thankful for my child’s teachers. Along with having phenomenal teachers, I believe that a supportive management team is just as important and Ms. Brittany and Ms. Arica are the epitome of just that - they both have been incredibly attentive to my child’s needs and care. I truly recommend this daycare to parents and guardians that are not only looking for a welcoming, caring, and nurturing environment for your child, but are perhaps looking for a “home” away from home.
KinderCare has been the best thing to happen to me and my daughter. I’m a working mom and I’m in another state from where my family is so sending my daughter to daycare because I had to return to work was heartbreaking. But from the tour to the first day of daycare and we are now 4 months strong my daughter has learned so much. Her teachers Ms. Renelle and Ms Jackie are a dream come true. With well over 30 years of experience combined- they both tend to my child’s every need. My daughter is very advanced because of the care and teaching they continuously provide. I am worry-free at work because of these two women! The open door police is amazing. My mom was able to come to the school and see the many activities my daughter does throughout the day. And she too is very pleased with the hands on experience at kinder care! I give KinderCare 5 stars because of the amazing teachers (all of them) and assistant director Arica for always putting the needs of the kids and staff first!
