If I could do ZERO stars I would. Do not enroll your child in this daycare. As a 25 year old first time mom I made the worst mistake of my life sending my child here. My son was enrolled for only one month and suffered a femur break which child family services held one of the teachers responsible for physical abuse on my son. The broken femur was his third incident within one month of him being enrolled. Kindercare has yet to take responsibility for my one year olds injuries. The lies that are continuously being told as to how my son got injured I am fed up. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I have all the information needed to support and once everything is done with the trial I will make my child’s story known! They have staff members who are not licensed working with kids. Check Md childcare website to see all the incidents that previously took place at this center including a teacher hitting a child and staff members smoking weed out the door very unethical and love to cover incidents up. I can’t imagine how many parents pulled their kids because the lack of funds to get representation but trust me KINDERCARE YOU WILL KNOW MY CHILDS NAME!

I want to start by saying i love this center. The head director is a wonderful person who seems to really care for the kids. My only complaint and the reason i'm typing this review is when we came to pick up my child i was shocked to see only 1 teacher with like 17+ children. The poor girl seems overworked and i doubt she can get to all the kids needs by herself. It was chaos in there but she seemed to be doing her best. As i was trying to talk to her about something dealing with my child the other kids where acting up so she had to run over there and settle them. I told the young lady its fine and ill talk to her another time but I feel like there should be more staff on hand for these types of issues. If i notice a difference in the coming days or weeks i will change my review to a higher star because this center has really been great for our child. PLEASE FIX THIS

I came to Bowie KinderCare in a pinch after a less-than-ideal experience elsewhere, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Barry, the director, was incredibly kind and accommodating, and he was able to arrange care for my daughter right away. The difference in my two-year-old has been remarkable—she walks in every day with a smile and is clearly happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

Our son was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we were initially hesitant about sending him to daycare. When he turned two, we decided to enroll him part-time at Bowie KinderCare — and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, the teachers were kind, caring, and attentive. They made the transition smooth for both us and our son. He did face a few challenges in the 3-year-old classroom due to frequent teacher changes, but things improved significantly afterward. His Pre-K experience was truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Mrs. Diamond, whose dedication and warmth made a lasting impact on our son’s early learning journey. She brought so much positivity into his day and helped him grow in confidence and curiosity. As we prepare to move out of state, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye. Our son will deeply miss his teachers and the friends he made here. We’re incredibly grateful for the nurturing environment Bowie KinderCare provided and the wonderful start they gave him.

Our daughter has been attending here since she was 8 weeks old and is now nearly 4! This place has become a part of our Tribe. Mr. Barry and the team go above and beyond to support the academic and social, emotional development of our daughter. All of her teachers treat our daughter as their own. They even change her into her uniforms for evening activities.:) Folks here have been kind, happy and loving to our daughter and they have truly guided her from birth to toddler-dom.
