Machelle'S Day Care

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I have never come across a daycare so awful. I have also never seen my child so upset in his life being dropped off somewhere. The owner is beyond unprofessional (Machelle Mills). If she's okay with speaking to me the way she did, that shows exactly how she speaks to those children. I have had more incident reports in the 3 weeks my child was enrolled here than I ever have - It's almost daily. There were new marks everyday on my son. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Where do I start. Kids are a number and a dollar. Anyone with eyes can see that this place is horrific. The owner does not like to make a mess so the kids aren’t doing any crafts or learning activities. They watch tv and sing occasionally in a circle because they are understaffed and have way too many kids. The “teachers” are like drill Sargents. If you want your child to learn and be nurtured and loved, this is not the place. They have one girl that many of us did not allow our children to go in her room, yet she is still there causing trouble and being hateful. I know a girl who worked there for a few days and she was told to leave for not fitting in. She was probably the best thing that ever happened to them and they either don’t know or just don’t care. Stay away from this place. I got my kids out of here and regret every minute that I allowed them to be part of this circus.

The owner said my kids aren’t a good fit because they seem “autistic” Would like to see her a PHD before she goes and diagnoses other children. Also if you work here there’s a “no contact cps policy” which should be against the law. Your children should feel unsafe as childcare workers are supposed to be mandated reporter.

We have nothing but love for Machelle and the girls who take care of our girl.

Poor management, owners rude as all get out! Do not take your kids there!
