Thankful for Kinder Care! They are great with my baby! Being a first time mom I was super nervous to leave him once going back to work from maternity leave. Thank you for taking great care of my baby, he sure does love his Ms. Edita, Ms. Katerina, and Ms. Crystal.

I went in today for a scheduled tour and arrived early. Someone let me in, but there was no one at the front desk to greet me. After waiting for about seven minutes with no help, I decided to walk through the facility myself. What I witnessed was deeply upsetting — in the Pre-K room, a teacher was aggressively yelling at the children, who looked like they had just woken up from naps. They stood there frozen, looking scared, while she screamed at them with anger and hostility, even pointing at them in a threatening way. I was so shocked and angry that I left immediately. I later spoke to the director, but she didn’t seem very apologetic or concerned. I truly wonder if any action will be taken. I would never feel comfortable leaving a child in this environment. Parents, please trust your gut and observe carefully — what I saw was not okay.

Long, overdue review. Kindercare is like night and day compared to my sons previous daycare. Here, they take full care of my son while also creating a positive impact on his little life. Taking care of a large group of young children is tough. (I could barely manage my two kids) so i always praise those who make it their life to spend/work with children and actual love what they do. Not going to mention the ladies names for confidentality reasons, but know that these ladies are wonderful! From day one it has been a great change for my son and i trust this place fully. Additionally, breakfast, lunch, and snack is prepared for them there, which its food my sons eats and enjoys! I am so happy that we have moved my son here. small additional edit, my son has been here for several months as we moved him here earlier in the year.

I took a tour of this location because I was looking to put my son in daycare. While I decided to hold off putting my son in daycare for now, I was very pleased with the staff here. Emma and Debbie were very kind and pleasant. I like the security they have in place and the preschool teacher (the level my son is at) was also very nice. When I'm ready to puty son in daycare, I'll definitely consider Kinder Care! **Edit to my review** We ended placing my son as a full-time student at this location and he loves it! The staff is really caring and supportive of his transition into daycare.

We came into KinderCare through a family referral, and thank goodness we took this advice. The team that works here treats every single child like they were their own flesh and blood family. They are always in high spirits, they are warm and friendly to every person who walks in those doors. They are a team we have come to love and trust. My granddaughter is always so excited to go to school, having that enthusiasm early on is so important. I will always recommend Kindercare Lower Terrace to any one who wants the best for their child.
