One long-term parent noted recent improvements under new leadership but mentioned ongoing structural limitations.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kindercare! From day one, the teachers and staff have made us feel so welcome and supported. We’re especially impressed by how often they communicate with us — between quick text updates and the Kindercare app, we always know what’s happening in our son, Edgar’s day. Seeing photos and notes about his activities means so much to us! Every morning at drop-off and every afternoon at pick-up, it’s clear how happy and secure Edgar feels there. He lights up when he sees his teachers, and we can tell he’s truly loved and well cared for. As a working mom, that peace of mind is priceless. We’re so grateful to have found a place where Edgar is thriving and so well looked after!
I was nervous about putting my daughter in daycare since it was going to be the first time for her to be in daycare, but it's been awesome she loves it very much and I am also greatfull for their staff they have been very nice to me and my daughter. I definitely recommend this daycare.
I was nearing the end of my maternity leave and was worried I wouldn't find a licensed center on time. Brothers Drive KinderCare was my last stop and they just so happened to have an opening in their infant room. I was overjoyed to hear this and was able to have my almost 3 month old daughter start right away. I have also worked in child care so I understand the doings of childcare centers and I am very pleased with how they have taken of my child so far. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and the supervisors are understanding. They have been very accommodating with my daughter now transitioning between the infant and younger toddler classroom. It gives me peace of mind that my voice is heard. I would recommend Brothers Drive in a heartbeat.
I being a first time dad to my daughter I was cautious on where to send her for daycare. After searching around we found kindercare and they just so happened to have a spot open in infants. We enrolled her at 3months. And so far she loves it. I love it my now 1 yr old is in the toddler room and really seems to enjoy being there. Wonderful staff you guys have here yall take great care of her while she's with yall.
Our journey with Kindercare has been very rocky over the 3± years of attending. However, Ms. Somdatta has been the center director at Brothers Drive for over a year and has brought some major positive changes to the center. The staff training is much better than before, and she holds staff accountable for misconduct. We've been holding on through the inconsistent times to get to Pre-K, where the teacher is just great. She's moving this fall, and Somdatta has hired and trained staff to be on par with that level of care and attention. I feel heard in one on one meetings, particularly in regard to adding more self-regulation tools to better meet the needs of neurodivergent kids. They work with my needs as well, increasing communication about scheduling so we have time to prepare for differences in routine. I'm no longer dropping off and holding my breath, but I feel like I'm on a team with everyone in the classroom, and our goal is to support and nurture the kids as they grow at their own pace. Other things I like about Brothers Drive Kindercare: diverse staff and student population, secular classrooms, daily pics on the app. Changes I'd love to see: a lower student to teacher ratio, but the centers hands are tied by corporate, whose funds are tied by the government, whose student/teacher ratio laws are insufficient at best. I'd also love to see a wage increase for the staff, as the workload is as immense as it is crucial. Thanks to everyone at Brothers Drive Kindercare!
