Kidzpoint Academy has been an incredible part of our family’s life since 2019. From the very beginning, we have always felt that our children are not only well cared for, but genuinely loved. The staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where kids can grow and thrive. When it came time to enroll our second child, we didn’t think twice — we knew Kidzpoint was the only place we trusted. Their commitment to each child’s well-being and development is unmatched, and the peace of mind they’ve given us over the years is priceless. We are beyond grateful for everything Kidzpoint has done for our family, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!
I waited a long time to write this review, as I truly wanted to reflect on my daughter’s time here. My daughter was extremely unhappy here, she was constantly crying, throwing tantrums, and regressing back to wetting herself after being fully potty trained before starting. She cried daily not to go and truly seemed fearful of stepping foot into this place. Her behavior became so poor I even had her assessed by a developmental pediatrician, who stated she did not have any medical related issues and to consider changing her environment if she seemed overstimulated. I unenrolled her and kept her home for a couple weeks, she eventually started a new daycare and she is thriving. She loves going to school, loves her teachers, rarely cries at school, is actually learning, and never complains of adults being “mean or loud” to her. Most of the teachers here seemed like they hated their jobs and even children. The staff was not friendly when you walked in and they had no real curriculum. I regret ever allowing my child to go here. There are much better daycares in the area, with adults who are actually capable of showing kids compassion without shouting at them or berating them. If you send your child here, do not allow them to make it seem like your child is the “issue”, it’s them!
We've been apart of the KidzPointe family for about 3 years. The whole staff is so welcoming and loving to both parents and families. My kiddos are so excited to see their teachers and have built life long relationships with them. My oldest daughter is in first grade now and still asks to see her preschool teacher to talk to her and give her hugs. As an added bonus the tuition rates are very affordable!
There are so many things that we love about KidzPointe that its impossible to list them all. The teachers and staff are absolutely amazing, the facility is clean, safe, friendly and inviting. I've never had to worry abouty child's safety or happiness here. So often, you drop a child off at a center and worry about their happiness but here our kiddo sometimes doesn't even want to leave. They go over and above all expectations. Thank you for taking such great care of our kiddo and making him feel like family there.
