My daughter is a little over 1 years old and seems to really enjoy her daycare experience. I love the flexibility and peace of mind that Kidzone is able to provide our family. We get updates and pictures throughout the day through their app. The staff seem to care about the children and are very pleasant in all of my interactions with them. The staff communicate very well and we have never had any issues with the care provided to our daughter.
My 1 year old has been attending Kid Zone. I MUST say the staff are all genuinely kind people. Its obvious they care for children and get to know and genuinely love your child. I love the Bright Wheel App they use. They give live updates throughout the day with diaper changes, food, naps, pictures. It really helps feel connected and part of their day, which is a huge relief when your child cant talk yet or tell you about their day. Also I really like compared to the other daycare experiences that I had is that you drop your kid off and pick them up at the door and they retrieve your child from the classroom and they bring them to the front. At a previous local daycare my little one used to cry for the last 2 hours of the day when parents started to come pick up their kids because he would see the kids leave with their parents and that can be hard and emotional for little ones because they realize they miss their parents. I also really like the door pick up/ drop off because I feel like it limits the spread of germs from parents coming from various work places, especially during covid. They are a great place and it gives me peace of mind having my son there.
Our daughter is nearly two and has been attending for about six months. She seems to really enjoy her time there: drop off is easy and she willingly gets handed off to her teachers. The staff communicates really well via the app about what's going on - especially if there is anything out of the ordinary. They send pictures about every day or every other. They have been accommodating to my request to use cloth diapers which I sincerely appreciate. We've never had any concerns about the care they provide. At 21 months, she can name most colors, count to 11, knows right and left, can put on her own shoes - I attribute a lot of that to the work they put in!
My daughter (age 2) has been at Kidzone for three months now and my son (age 1) just joined her a few weeks ago. We love it! The kids are learning so much! My daughter can’t stop talking about school and singing their songs when she’s home. My son had an easy transition from his baby school to here. This place is owned by a great family and everyone involved cares so much about the kids! The food is mostly homemade and I get brightwheel app updates and pictures all day about their activities so I’m confident they are doing well while I’m at work. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and their mission. It’s never easy to leave your kiddos to go to work. They make it a little bit easier knowing there is a trustworthy team who truly does care about my kids’ health, growth? and well-being.
