Kidz Time Preschool (Jones Rd Site)

I was in Yuba City this summer for an internship and needed care for my son. The summer camp they provided was ideal in location and operating hours with lots of planned activities. The cost was also very competitive as I found other businesses in the wider area to have similar pricing but with reduced care hours and/or fewer events to keep the kids engaged. The real measure of quality for me, however, was in how they responded and resolved a concern: my son was getting teased by some of the other kids and began complaining about going to camp. When I brought this to the director's attention, I received a very considerate and proactive response from her. The issue was addressed immediately by the staff and my son ended up going from complaining about going to being disappointed that we won't be returning next year. The cost, timeframe, and activities were all excellent but the seamless handling of a concern is what really made Kidz Time stand out for me. Many thanks!

Whilst i was there the directors son started a fist fight with me. Afterwards the director wanted to keep this a secret to keep their high ratings. The quality that the building is kept in is horrible

I was here for 2 years and I was grabbed by the wrist by miss Lori and I was bullied for the 2 years I was there also if anything broke someone would blame it on me and it always stank and the pool was so gross
