What Parents Say
Jack and Jill Playschool receives unanimous 5-star reviews from parents who praise the caring staff, play-based learning environment, and strong sense of community. Parents consistently report their children thrive academically and socially, with easy transitions and genuine enthusiasm for attending. The co-op model is highlighted as a major strength, fostering parent involvement and family connections.
My daughter has been at Jack and Jill for the last 2 years. They have been amazing with her. My daughter loves going to school, she even wants to go on days that aren't her normal days. The teachers are great. As a teacher myself I have watched my daughter grow so much since being at Jack and Jill. As a parent her loving school makes drop offs so easy because I know she will have fun and be well taken care of. I enjoy hearing about all the fun things she does every day at school.
Such a wonderful opportunity for your young child to grow through play in a loving environment. The focus here is on encouraging your child to find adventure through learning while being presented with early language arts, singing, science, art, movement, imagination through play, and a welcoming large outdoor free play. My son attended here and now my granddaughter. Both thrived in this environment. This coop has a great, caring staff and parent volunteer board that puts the child first in a fun family environment. I highly recommend Jack and Jill for any family looking for positive social and early education growth. In response to financial transparency from other reviews: this school is fully-funded by tuitions and fundraising, with a goal to provide a safe environment for a reasonable price. It is a coop, not for profit school. I have found the fundraising to be appropriate for the logistics of operating a school like this. The property is owned by the coop and therefore incurs cost . The financial cost for each family is clearly represented in the parent handbook. The parent volunteer board strives to keep costs down by requiring parent volunteering (hence the coop portion of the name), clear family responsibilities, and breaking up operating costs into low shared payments for families. This is literally your school while you attend, you help care for it and even as an alumni still want to continue to see it thrive and support it as needed.
This is my daughters second year at Jack and Jill, and we are enrolling my son next year. The staff is great, and we love that it is co-op! This keeps the parents involved, and helps with building a relationship with the teachers and other parents. My daughter has had a great experience, and she’s learned so much within the last two years. I highly recommend! :)
We love Jack & Jill. We’ve been there for two years and my younger son will continue there next year. It is the most thoughtful and exciting environment for these kids. I couldn’t ask for more in how they care and love our kids like their own.
Jack and Jill will always be close to our hearts. 2 of children had the privilege of being part of the J&J. The school is focusing on learning with play. Both my children learned to socialize, manners, and prep Kinder. I loved the parent involvement. Teaches adults to slow down and enjoy the these special moments with their babies. The school does a fantastic job keeping its tradition alive. I highly recommend J&J for anyone that’s looking for quality preschool. You won’t be disappointed ♥️
