I do Not like to ever complain about anything however, when it comes to my child or anyone else’s they need to know what my experience was at this daycare. I only came to this daycare because I knew it was under change with hiring an amazing director that I met Prior to my sons daycare he was at. Unfortunately, she was hired and and not able to do the job she was hired to do. Which was to help bring structure and value and cleanliness and care to that place . She unfortunately left and was there not long at all. I knew I could not keep my son there . I went In three times and my son had daycare clothes on as if I had No clothes there for him. His clothes were all Labeled however they somehow would lose them every time . Then I went In not once but twice and my son who was the “only” child with his pacifiers labeled had another kid’s pacifier in his mouth on two occasions. My son is now missing several pieces of clothing but I’m over it because I expressed this all To the owner and she was never there and never cared . Even the day I left She was actually there doing payroll and didn’t even acknowledge me and ask me what happened or try and fix anything . She doesn’t care about anyone there nor the care of the children or parents. I have No clue how this place was ever rated best of the best. Probably only because of her few great staff members who she should be very thankful she still has. There is a handful of people there I absolutely loved. But it will never change because of the owner. And I’ll never return. But thank you to the few who were good to me and my son.

We had very high hopes for Kidz of Destiny. After three months we removed our child. The management was courteous and kind. There were a few things that went bad though. To start my child is very advanced and loves to learn. The teacher turnover ratio was extremely high. They couldn't keep teachers for my child's class. So transfers to and from multiple classes occurred each day. The class transfers went from the 18mo, 2yr, and 3yr old classrooms. We noticed odd behavioral changes way too often when he was in the 18mo and 2yr old classrooms. He enjoyed the activities and toys in the 3yrs old classroom though. The daily reports were late and often missing from the app due to the multiple class changes. I don't believe my child learned anything new and had a hard time wanting to stay. A teacher was transparent with us and mentioned that they had not been using the Frogstreet Curriculum due to the high turnover rate for teachers. Lastly, we started out autopaying monthly then weekly the last month they only excepted cash. So it was a hassle having to remember to withdrawl cash every week. Hopefully, things have changed for the best. However, I wouldn't recommend this location for early learning.

My son is 1 and a half years old. Has been bitten several times since he has started attending the daycare in August. It is now october and has been bitten dozens of times. The issue has not been resolved. Owner seems to not care and cameras must not operate correctly. Staff is short handed constantly, as that is the repeated excuse. I drop my children off believing that this is a safe environment for them while i go to work. He has been bitten several times in one day (multiple occurences) with no true answer as to how or why. Staff is unprofessional and have poor management skills. If you are seeking professionalism and safety for your child i stress that you refrain from having your child attend this poorly managed facility they call a daycare!!!!

My kids have been going to kidz of destiny for a few months now and they absolutely love it. We have had them at other day cares in the area and I was never comfortable with the attention or educational opportunities they were receiving. Ever since they have been at kidz of destiny they can't wait to go to school in the mornings, they are learning and I never hesitate when needing to check on my child during the day or their overall well being. They work well with us on the things we are working on at home as well as what they are doing at school. I appreciate everything these ladies do for both of my children!

The teachers are great and they have an amazing program. My son really enjoys going there and has learned a lot!
