Very unprofessional experience. They don't even list their phone number, so I had to go there to ask for information. I was told I could drop my grandson off, and to bring him a change of clothes and a sheet. I came back with those items and they took him while I was filling out application and had me sign him in. No one asked me for his vaccines or birth cert or any identity info for either of us. When I turned the application in, I asked about the vaccines and then they said yes, they do need a copy of them but they couldn't receive them by email. I was going to have to go get a copy printed out for them and they told me I had to take him with me, so I did and came right back. Then they wouldn't take him back. The person at the door appeared to be an adolescent and although I asked to speak with someone else, an adult, because I know what I had been told previously, she just kept repeating that no one was there. She said the director would call me, but she didn't. They just let me and my grandson stand in the cold on their porch for several minutes. My husband called the director who said it was because I took him out, they couldn't take him. I feel they wasted my time, I don't have time to play games with people. But I was very desperate and willing to continue even though they asked for very little info, which in all honesty is a big red flag. It's probably a blessing.
