The owner of this place is having trouble returning my credit and deposit. When I asked for my overpayment to be refunded LAST YEAR (9 months ago), they said they "couldn't" refund it, but they were keeping it as a credit, and would cut me a check if/when I withdrew my child from the center. I withdrew my child 2 months ago and still have not received my credit back. I also have not received my deposit, which I was told I would get last month. My money is "sitting in a bank account," but I'm still waiting. ETA: Coincidentally, they managed to write me a check within 24 hours of leaving this review.
Look them up on OCFS website for complaints. Recent complaint Sept 2020 for corporal punishment and hurting a child at their Guilderland site. Bad place!! Do not go here. Staff are unstable and lie. Owner is out for money only does not care about kids.
Kidz Korner in Latham NY is great! Kidz Korner is Very clean, with great happy and helpful staff. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.
