The other reviewer obviously didn't read the paperwork regarding the deposit... My daughter loves it here and she is always bringing home arts and crafts that she did (she's 4 so there's obviously some teacher involvement with some of the items that she walks out of there with). They also have seasonal themes and parties - like today they are doing a Christmas in July-type thing with a gift exchange. I am so grateful that there were able to maintain services during this COVID-19 ordeal in as safe as a manner that they are doing (they come to the door with masks on). You cannot currently go in due to the environment, but beforehand when I would bring my daughter to her classroom and the walls and cubbies were always decorated with crafts and it was all super kid-oriented (go figure, right?). The Tadpoles app allows you to see pictures and sometimes videos of the fun your children are having. The daily email that lists the activities, meals and any notes specific to your child is also a nice touch.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS! I pre-paid with them in July for a spot in October, when October came they said they have no room for my child. In January they called me I said I didnt need them at the time, and no one ever said that i would lose my $400 deposit if I did not take the spot available. Now they are refusing to give me a refund! Liars and scam artists.
