I originally went for a tour as we are new to town and just walking up I decided against it. I read on a local Facebook group that the owners wrote staff checks that bounced and then offered to Venmo them and was hesitant from then on. Upon arrival I noticed their section on the plaza looked almost vacant. The neglect on the outside was enough for me to decide that if they cared this little about the outside, the inside can’t be any better. Walking back to my vehicle I could faintly see inside and saw very little activity so I’m speculating that this once well reviewed center for staff and director have since been ran to the ground by said new owners. Do yourself a favor and find a better place for your child.
Best experience by far! My son is physically disabled and without hesitation this daycare welcomed him with open arms, helped and communicated with us on ways to make his experience better and treated him as a typical kid. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that works there is caring and real. The only negative I have is that I'm sad we didn't find them sooner!
the staff is super friendly and sweet but the center itself is absolutely disgusting. there is crusted snot and baby throw up on every toy in the baby room. the carpets are damp from baby throw up and the boppy pillows have stains all over them. the “bottle warmer” is a moldy crockpot and the swings are tied together with small string because one is out of power and won’t rock anymore. there are stains in the sink and the entire baby room smells like dog/kid pee. i was there for about 4 hours and left smelling like pee. i only saw the baby room. i can only imagine what the rest of the center is like. this place should be shut down immediately.
My three children have gone here since my oldest was 6mo old. My children have grown up with most of the employees since there isn’t a huge turnover. I can’t give enough love to this daycare and the staff. They always go above and beyond to take care of the kids. I love knowing my children are safe and well taken care of. Happy kids! Happy mommy!!!!
Love Love Love this daycare. We took our two children here prior to moving to another area and were so sad to leave! The place is spotless and staff are so friendly and our kids were always well loved and taken care of. I'd recommend Kidz Academy to any parent looking for an educational daycare!
