I couldn't be more pleased with the experience we've had at Kidz Academy. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. The center is warm, bright, and inviting, which made the transition for my child smooth and comfortable. The caregivers are not only professional but genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make sure each child feels safe and valued. Though there is always a place for growth to go beyond the expectations, this is something I will discuss personally once needed, but overall, we're all so happy to leave our kids in this center. Thank you all for your hard work and for creating a welcoming environment 😊.

We have had two kids here for over one year. They have attended the pre-school program and daycare programs with much success, and my kids have some challenging behaviors. Teachers are warm and friendly. The director is straightforward and knowledgeable (perhaps other reviews are based on someone else or they don't care for directness). This place is CLEAN. My 4-year old is reading and writing- they are doing something right! Don’t trust the bad reviews. Take a tour and see for yourself.

We love this school so much. Our children were in a very “prestigious” daycare prior to coming to the school and they always were sick. Ever since our children have come to the school they have learned Spanish, as it is bilingual. It’s always very clean when we drop off and pick up. They hardly get sick. They are learning how to read and write their names, which they did not learn at the prior school. And they do a lot of hands on activities. All the teachers are amazing and great with the kids! We have been at this school for 1.5yrs with one of my children and 1yr with my other and we couldn’t be more thankful for the Director , Teachers and all staff! They did the most amazing pre k graduation and really go above and beyond for the students!

This facility should be investigated to say the least. Some employees at this location are not fit to be around children. If I don’t yell at my children at home, why would it be acceptable for an employee to do that. The director, Miriam, is more concerned about protecting the facility than the children. When I brought up a bullying issue, she flipped it on us and wrote up an incident report saying my child offended another child… once it was discovered that the child in question wasn’t at the facility that day, she changed her story to say my child offended an employee. Convenient. And for some reason my child offending an employee made it okay for other children to call her names? Miriam argued with me that my child was “fine” and didn’t have a speech disorder… she accused my child of lying because she couldn’t remember the tiniest details from weeks before. My children were kicked, hit, scratched, and pinched until they bled by other children. The directors go-to statements were, “That child is having a tough time at home,” or, “The teachers didn’t witness it. It’s hearsay.” Even with visible marks on their bodies… What are the teachers doing if they aren’t witnessing things going on in the same room… My children came home more than once terrified because of people firing guns near the playground. If you are still considering summer care at this facility, despite all of the above… you should know that they will collect field trip funds, cancel the field trips, and refuse to refund money. They “don’t do refunds.”

My husband and I absolutely love Kidz Academy for our 4 year old son! The staff are so nice and welcoming. Our son has been going there since he was 3 years old and wasn’t talking much. Now he’s holding conversations and interacting with his peers. Thanks to his teachers who have worked closely with him from the beginning. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking to place their kiddo before kindergarten.
