Great for the most part, the only complaint I have is I get a call about once a week about my daughter having “fever”. This means she can’t come back for at least a day meaning my husband or I have to take off 2 work days when she’s not even usually sick. She gets hot when she cries a lot and it makes me feel like they just don’t want to deal with it. Today was a good example of this as I had a happy toddler when she left, no fever, not even a sniffle, but she was tired as she woke up at 4am. Magically at 10am I’m getting a call saying she has a 100.1 fever and ofc my husband and I were both working out of town. A family member picked her up, gave her a nap and wouldn’t you know…NO FEVER. My daughter loves it there and I really don’t have any other gripes with the facility other than that.
One of the WORST places you can take your kid. The director Ms Andrea was in charge when both incidents happened at these daycares. One kid got a dislocated leg and the other was a 6 month old that hang itself in the high chair. If you value your child this place ain't it. 1/10 wouldn't recommend to my enemies until they can get that problem taken care of
I’ve requested a conference meeting with the director and keep getting turned down. The employees I spoke to today while I was trying to see where my child was at in the facility told me I was not suppose to be on property after I’ve given them court ordered paperwork from the judge. Employees kept giving me the run around and kept making excuses on why I’m not supposed to be picking up my daughter on my court ordered weekend. I was supposed to pickup my child at 5:30 today and when I got there I was told the mother who works there took off with my child to meet me at the Texan. ITS A SHAME HOW A FACILITY ACCEPTS THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM THERE EMPLOYEES. ESPECIALLY IF I WAS GREETED VERY RUDELY TWICE WITHIN THE PAST TWO WEEKS. IF I WAS THE DIRECTOR OF THIS FACILITY AND SAW THIS BEHAVIOR BEING ACTED TOWARDS PARENTS WHO ARE PICKING UP THERE CHILD I WOULD BE ASHAMED OF MYSELF. MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD FOR MY CHILD AND I WILL NOT BE IGNORED!!!!!!
My son loves this daycare and has learned so much in the time hes been there. However we got turned away today for showing up a few minutes after 8:30 after being stuck behind a funeral procession and his father being in the hospital all night the night prior. We’re lucky we are both off today thanks to my husband’s injury or else we wouldnt have had anyone to watch him today. Very upsetting after paying a flat rate weekly and being so tight financially because of it..
We love this nursery school! Both of my boys went there and the staff becomes family! My boys learned so much and I felt they loved them as much as I do! Would highly recommend this nursery school to anyone looking for a loving environment! ❤️
