DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE😡😡😡 Today was my daughter first day at the school and her very first time around other kids. She was so happy when I drop her off to be around other kids she was excited. But when I picked her up he had scratches and bruises all over her face and she was crying ready to get up out of that place. And I called up there to see what happen. The teacher said she wasn't aware my baby was getting hit on by another child.. They didn’t call me to let me know what happen anything. They don’t not be watching these kids when they are at that place.
This school need better teachers and educators I had to immediately remove my child from their care !! The teacher that my daughter had was the worse teacher ever because she acted like she didn’t know what happened to my child when she was in her class !! What happened to my child gave her trauma so bad that she thinks every teacher she has is like the ones she has at her new school
Most of the staff are great! My issues lie with the transportation part of KidSpot. I have had several times they have not contacted me if my child was needing pick up. As well as several times they have asked and I responded yes and they not show up at all. I understand if there are shortages on staff and such but communicate that with the parents that are under the impression you are picking their child. I have to be at work at 630am and have my grandmother wait for the van to get my child so he has no other way there if they do not pick him up. Hopefully they will soon fix these issues.
If I could give half a star I would I hope yall know yall hurt our kids they are sad yall broke their hearts when yall reported us and turned us in yall always say “If theres anything we can do for yall or if yall need help with anything please let us know “ but yet when we do ask for help yall report us once again definitely will not be referring anyone to yall don’t want anyone else to have the same bad experience we did
Not all the staff is bad,but unfortunately there are quite a few rotten eggs in this child care facilities basket. I had to remove my child due to lack of professionalism or the ability to show up everyday this is with transportation. My child wasn't getting breakfast everyday due to transportation getting her there after 10 but there picking her up and time veried from 745 to the lates 9,thats if they showed. When I asked did they know why she wasn't there the class teacher said she assumed I was just keeping her home. Nobody called about her excessive absence. Misappropriation of my child things. I got tired of calling to get that screeching noise the phone makes and No one returning my phone calls if i did make it through lacking in communication and not providing proper service. Sad part is nothing will happen to these people who don't deserve to take care of our babies. Taking your child here is like rolling dice,I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they ruined my trust and failed my child. Uninrolling her was hard because then what to fix things mostly probably to keep it out of public eyes, but I removed anyway cuz they had plenty of time to correct anythingandtoshow they cared about the safety growth and development of my child.
