So I pulled my son from the old town location due to abuse physically and emotionally from the staff and the director did nothing but harass me and try to discredit myself and my child’s injuries….I thought this behavior was being dealt with but I still have not heard from anyone at the excutive office and the records I sent them and now I’m being harassed to sign a fraudulent 90 and 180 day review for a service I was told we didn’t qualify for nor did we recieve….I’m shocked kidspeace promotes commuting Medicare fraud and I have all the proof these “reviews” are false and what holly lounder and her supervisor Heather gosselin told me when I was begging for holly to do her job and advocate for my son but couldn’t because that would upset her friends and when I complained about the lack of assistance to Heather she emailed me some “policy” that states if I have an outside case manager this disqualifies me from the home transition services. So why do I need to sign a review for a service that wasn’t even rendered nor that we supposedly didn’t even qualify to have access to…..sounds like someone’s trying to commit fraud to get paid! And I will not be a party to any fraudulent behavior when it comes to defrauding the government like holly lounder and Heather gosselin are trying to do. What a great set of “honest” ppl u have who lack the ability to be professional and think it’s ok to harass someone over a service that never happened! Pics below are the just one instance of injuries my son got while being "restrained properly" but if restrains are done correctly there should be no injury....there were many more injuries before I pulled my son from the old town Maine location but the day I told them I was taking my son elsewhere they all ended the zoom meeting all 8 of them in tandem and were so unprofessional it was insane....even an outside agency who was present for this meeting said she had never seen a call ended in such a manner....day 1 at old town they even lost his treatment plan and he came from another kidspeace facility so they def had the treatment plan they just didn't review it!!! So cuz they don't wanna take accountability they of corse being the queen of excuses the director gave us some bogus answer and when called out she got nasty ....

I was at kidspeace back in the late 70's when they were called Homestead. I was labeled most likely to fail They thought I'd end up dead an addict or institutialized. I didn't... Back then complex- PTSD hadn't been heard of and the effects physical, mental and emotional abuse can have on a child or the symptoms of it. I lived in survival mode The mentors in my life taught me a whole new meaning of the word Love that I had never knew or felt before. I carried every one of them, all good all the skills and used them. Susan Ramsey, Robert Mountford, Ann Cox, Gail and Gretta homestead former staff are all there ❤️ always. I learned something from every one of them and now that c-ptsd has a name... maybe in the future they can learn something about the next childs unknown diagnosis I am grateful to have lived long enough to be seen. I know who I am now It took me a lifetime I am a highly sensitive person HSP living with complex PTSD
