It is just without any regard at all that they close but don't notify people who are waiting. I have jumped through all the required hoops but they forward my information without the requirements I turned in 8 days early! You have no conscience doing these things. I hope the Lord treats you the same in return!

Last time my fiance and I needed ride to our drs appointments and countless times to our children's visitation being told I'm sorry we can't accommodate you're rides and so fourth of excuses, also blaming the customer vs taking the hot as a company left a bad taste in my mouth. Then to know someone on the inside who deals with financials to tell you the company is failing, and behind 90k on money to state in unpaid bills. We in Maine need a real reliable, understanding, down to earth people to run and work for these places. I hate bashing on a company who's end goal is supposed to be helping the customer or patient, but I've witnessed more neglect, and nobody wanting to take accountability for the reasons people aren't being treated, or helped fairly with the funds the state is being provided. Hence why I have lost hope for help from our state backed bussinnes and outfits ment to help individuals and also our court system is a joke as well.

Not gonna lie doing this very passively. I'm not the one to do something like this but I'm desperate. We have a kid at home and we have already had days where temps fell below freezing. I sent in the application and such at the end of Novemeber got a call on the 9th that they needed a missing paystub. I sent it within minutes of them calling me. No response or anything. Called yesterday and I guess only one person is in charge of emails and wasn't in yesterday? And they are in today but because of hollidays are swamped. Which I get I do but at the same time it's been nearly a month since they asked for it told me it was actively in the review process but I'm being put on the back burner... If I could afford to heat my home on my own I wouldn't of filed for it. I understand it's busy and I know there is budget cuts and stuff so I'm sorry for doing this but I'm desperate and I'm hoping someone that cares is going to see this and help me. Instead of instructing me again to call at a later date. People on the phone have been nice and I did have help for a couple years from this its why despite my negative experience this year I'm still giving two stars instead of one. I'll update this later depending on how long it takes to resolve the issue. I'm not even expecting a yes or no on approval I just want to make sure they have my email and that we are good to get the review process moving again.

My daughter attends DCP’s Headstart Program on Avery Lane. I was so nervous to put her in child care as I’ve heard so many horror stories, but this place is absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have hoped for a better school for my child. Miss Amanda is a wonderful person and teacher. I have witnessed her holding, rocking, and comforting young children who are struggling to be away from their parents. She truly cares for these children. All of her teachers are lovely, honestly! DCP is also an amazing nonprofit organization that helps out so many families in need. They have helped my family put food on the table, pay our utility bills, and provided us with Christmas gifts when the budget was tight. If you are in need, this is a great place to reach out to!

I have a colonoscopy today six and a half hours from now. I was told a driver would be in contact with me yesterday. I still have no idea what time, or even if, my ride will be picking me up since no one has called me yet. I just finished doing the barbaric prep and pray that I don't have to do it again because of a missed ride. They should be more diligent about delivering what they promise. Now I'm worried if I can get a ride at all and if I will miss my appointment. Very unhappy with them.
