Honestly love bring my son here!! The ladies here are great not only with my son but with all the kids you can see how great they are and they genuinely do care about what they do. Never had any complaints and always feel no worry leaving my son in their hands. I know he’s safe and well taken care of.

We hosted my daughter’s bday party here and it was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and it was such an easy process; especially with 36 kiddos for the party! I highly recommend them! 🫶🫶

I had a very pleasant and informative tour with Millie! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the processes. She completely made me feel secure in enrolling my kids for after care. Thank you!

My daughter enjoyed her time here, but I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to safety. At pick-up, I noticed a large knot on her head. The staff on duty had no idea what happened until they found an incident report. I was never called, and the policy to only notify parents for “more severe” injuries concerns me. What bothered me most was that once the shift changed, there was no effort to prepare the next teachers to talk with me. It felt like the staff on the previous shift didn’t care enough to personally explain and simply left a brief written note for others to find. I had to ask about the injury myself, and they were completely unaware. Later, I learned my daughter had wet socks and shoes for hours after an accident, and no one contacted me so I could bring a change. Accidents happen, but parents should be informed right away and staff should communicate between shifts. Edited for update: The owner reached out to me with compassion and understanding as a mother herself. She took full accountability for the way the staff handled the incidents, wishing she could make things right. She showed concern for my daughter asking how she's doing and had a meeting with the staff. Again, accidents happen when you have little ones and KidsPark is a fun place for kids.. I just truly hope this feedback leads to better communication and care for future families.

My son LOVES this place! He is thrilled to go anytime (which he mostly will go on Saturday) if I go out to dinner with friends. The teachers / staff are always so friendly when I drop off and know him by name. A friend recommended this place and I’m so glad she did! I was hesitant at first because he’s only been in the care of me or my parents but I can take a breathe knowing he’s in good hands here. ☺️
