Overall a good daycare. Like any business it has had some growing pains but the owner took charge of any unfavorable situation and handled it to the best of their ability. Many of the employees make us feel like our child has the proper care. A small portion of employees have been quite the opposite. After several parents issued complaints, the correct people were dealt with and the daycare returned to a positive atmosphere. Our children face enough adversity these days, so it’s nice to know you are leaving them at a place in which the owner cares about and the facility has pride in.
Worst place ever. Staff and owner are very unprofessional. Child safety is not a priority. A large portion of playground area is not fenced in, no lock on front door/classroom. Anyone can come and go all day with your child left unprotected. Staff belittles children and parents. Would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy!
The daycare providers are top notch including Jadine. We highly recommend KidZone!
