Kid'S World

Our baby has been here for 3 months or so. Workers are great. Management is bad, we have to pull him out due to them expecting to send him home every week for being fussy or pooping as a baby does, he comes home completely fine, we miss work they still get paid. Although in actuality its because of staffing issues he is being sent home every week, which is 2 days of pay for no services due to 24 hr rule. They can close the place down at any moment for a week and expect to be paid because of their "handbook". "Due to covid" ,our child is absolutely fine. No illness.They absolutely do not care if you work to pay for daycare and to make a living. I don't understand why they offer full time daycare for infants if they cannot keep them for full time. Wish we never went here in the first place. Staff was great when they were there, the reason for the 2 star instead of 1.

Cannot even believe what I just experienced. I called to inquire about openings and was "disconnected". I called back giving them the benefit of the doubt, stated my name again and that I was calling to inquire about openings and was immediately hung up on again. The woman didn't even have the decency to say that they didn't have any openings or whatever the case may be.

Dana is professional and very responsive to any concerns that we had. Highly recommend this daycare.
