We have had the very best experience at KU. My daughter started at 8 months old and has been loved and adored by every worker there. And we love them back! She is now 2 and is always learning new things to bring home every day. They follow a schedule which I appreciate because it helps us at home as well. My daughter is excited and happy to go to daycare in the morning and has lots of friends. She paints, plays, sings, dances, goes outside. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare, we’re very thankful!

My wife really wasn't a fan because our son came home everyday with a new scratch or extremely dirty. But what really turned us away was our child being bit and one of the staff saying "it's only skin deep he's doesn't see a doctor." The bite, on his cheek, ended up leaving a mark for a month and a half. I questioned them on how their staff is trained to assess whether a bite requires medical attention or not and their response was to send me a pamphlet (of their own creation) which only explained why kids bite. But never addressed how to determine severity. I ended up making a formal complaint to LARA.

My daughter has been going here since she was a toddler and she has learned so much and is well taken care of and I have no worries when she’s there! The staff makes you feel like family and Sheri is one of the kindest people ever and runs a wonderful business. Your kids will be in great hands here and it’s a great place to work as well!

Daycare teachers always greet children with angry faces. I was scared of them. And I often saw them get annoyed with children. My child must have felt that way, too. I don't recommend it there

Please please listen to the other negative reviews on this facility. I took three of my kids here for 2 years. On top of the kids coming home being completely filthy consistently with clothes ruined, this facility unenrolled my youngest child with one day notice the first time I expressed concern about differences in my parenting style from what they wanted. For months I dreaded reading messages from them as they were seeking out small infractions to persecute me for. Im an avid rule follower and this facility ops to judge parents for anything that doesn’t follow their model to T rather than informing parents what the licensing requirements are and helping them to determine what other options are available to help them and their child succeed within their model. If you choose this facility and want to make any decisions that interact with this facility feels your child should doing then you will regret it. The number of stars do not reflect the true rating for this facility. Many of the reviews are from their workers. Beware.
