They are very unprofessional well more speaking of their director Ms. Dixon she don’t know how to talk to people, she always gives you attitude, and she constantly lies. For instance this morning I told her that my children’s doctor said to not give them milk because of the medication they are currently on and she argued with about giving my child milk she asked for a doctors note and I told her I will send it once my oldest gets on the bus but before I could even finish telling her interrupted and said “without that letter I am going to give them what’s on the menu” even though I provided Gatorade. I have recordings of her talking about me to other parents while I’m on the phone then when I ask for the website to report them she tells me if you report us we will report you and at this point I’m over this daycare I should have never allowed my kids to continue to go there since the first incident when one of the workers grabbed my baby by his arm and “pushed” him in the room. If you are thinking about sending your children there and wasting money I advise you to do otherwise there are way better places out there.

Needs to shut down and do a full cleaning, sanitation, and disinfectant of the entire establishment! My kids were constantly sick!!!!! Only were there 2 months and contracted 3 different viruses in such a short time. No I don’t want to hear it’s daycare the kids will be sick. No there should definitely be precautions to take in a daycare setting to prevent others from getting sick. Pneumonia, rhinovirus, and hand foot and mouth disease!!! Come on now

I heard about this place from a friend and now my child been going here for 7 months. She has developed great social skills and I love how her teacher communicates to her. I am pleased with this place so far. My baby girl loves walking in.

I will never refer anyone to this daycare. I was late the day prior 10 minutes yesterday. Never been late before. When I arrived I had the late fee on hand which was $10 from what the door stated. I had $20 in total. When I tried to pay the late fee the older lady with the short hair refused it and stated the late fee was $35 I told her what I seen on the door and she got another lady to pull up a message that was sent out via procare stating the fee was now $25 plus $5 per minute. I told her I would pay the fee in the morning since I only had $20 cash on me. I renewed my caps but they failed to complete the renewal in time so this morning I decided to go talk to the director and give her the late fee as well. When I arrived and spoke with the director. The older lady spoke up in the middle of the conversation between me and the director.. Screaming Im lying and etc. The director not once intervened and told her to be quiet. I told the older lady that I am not talking to you. I am talking to the director why are you even speaking. She proceeded to state that she “ watches my baby”. I then told her “ I don’t need anyone to watch my baby! I send my child to school to learn” It took for the lady to get up and act like she wanted to fight for the director to finally get up and say something.
