Kids R Kids Quality Learning Center

About five months ago, we toured Cranfield Academy and decided to enroll because I was confident I would be starting a new job soon. Unfortunately, the company I was applying to suddenly restructured and postponed hiring. At that point, we had already been charged even though our toddler hadn’t started yet. After several calls and apologies, the amount was refunded, which we appreciated. Recently, I reached out to Sir Jeff to inquire about enrolling again and asked if there was any possibility of honoring the initial offer we were given (though I understood that might not be possible). He told me on a Friday that he would get back to me via email. I waited, and even followed up via email the next day (Saturday) just to check in. It has now been six days since my call, and I have not received any response — no email, no call. I completely understand if the previous offer can no longer be applied or if slots are no longer available. I just wish that had been communicated clearly. It’s disappointing to feel ignored or suddenly "ghosted" rather than simply being given a straightforward answer. Clear communication would have been greatly appreciated.

The staff are wonderful. Dr Jeff, the school leader, and Ms Nicole, the assistant school leader, are both very helpful and friendly. My little one always has fun talking to and greeting them and Ms Sans, from the kitchen, on the way to class. The class teachers have been great handling and guiding the kids through their big emotions and teaching what they need to know to be good friends and kindergarten ready. My little one looks forward to going every school day. Cranfield has been a great find we’ve been very happy with.

We have had such a great experience at Cranfield Academy! I have 2 kids, in different classes and both have wonderful teachers! The director and the assistant director are awesome as well! There is always someone to greet you and make you feel welcome. My kids have so much fun and they learn a lot! Couldn't ask for a better place to trust with my kids!

After a bad experience with two separate daycares we were really nervous about starting a third. Cranfield has been great though, and the teachers and administration have gone out of their way to help us and our son so much. Definitely recommend!

The staff has been amazing. Always willing to speak with you and just very welcoming. It's been a happy and safe place for my daughter. Clean and plenty of space for all the children. It's been a good place for my daughter
