Kids R Kids #62 Tx

After an extensive search, I chose KrK Space Center last year as my son's daycare. It has been a great experience overall. I truly feel that the director (Ms. Ana) and several of his teacher's are part of our extended family. From 4 months to now 19 months old, he is developing so well, physically, mentally and socially. They clearly care about safety, but also his emotional well-being in how they approach the activities, transitions to a new room, etc. They are upfront if any incident occurs (baby has a fall, a bite occurs between kids, etc.) and they take my questions and occasional anxiety about something seriously.

I just want say I love this daycare. My kids been going to this daycare for three years. My kids really love it. I like the teachers they’re so sweet friendly. The Director Mrs Ana I love her, she is so sweet so kind so understanding. Every morning when I see her, I don’t worry about my kids. I know they’re in good hands and they’re safe. She treat all the kids like her grandkids. Thank you guys for everything.

My experience with Kids R Kids has been wonderful. The Director Miss Ana’s amazing, she treated all the kids just like her’s. I feel my kids are so safe in a good hand. They take great care of my little girl and my boy. Everything is kid first period from proper nutrition to overall development.. If I leave instructions regarding anything they listen and follow. They offer great information and instructions if you need anything. They are very quick to respond to you and they communicate whether it's, procare text , email etc. I would highly recommend this childcare facility. Keep up the great work.

Unenrolled my daughter due to unprofessionalism with the director Ms. Ana I dropped my daughter 30min past 9:30 cut off time which has never happened before i asked if she can make an exception again bc it never happened before im not sure where the conversation went wrong but she started raising her voice and being rude and talking over me. I continuously asked to speak to someone above her and she didn’t want to give me a number. I then told her by the end of the day i needed a phone number she never gave it until i kept calling the center (she gave me corporates number) which is weird bc i don't understand why it was so hard to give me someone to talk to. Corporate was so helpful and said they don’t condone this behavior but did let me know that the only thing the owner said is that they did have a policy which i understand that’s not why i was upset i was upset at the way she spoke to me when ive never caused them any trouble, always paid on time, and always dropped my daughter off on time since i have to be in work by 8 not only that im paying $1,000+ out of my pocket for my daughter to attend this daycare.And What was even more disappointing is that i never once heard from the owner either which he was aware of the situation and saw him at the center multiple times he just had all employees put signs about the policy on every door which is ridiculous bc that wasn’t even my issue. Overall i just felt a big slap in the face & would never give this daycare another amount of my $$!!

Our son has been attending KRK for the past two years since he was 1.5 and he LOVES his teachers. The staff is super friendly and not only greets him every day with smiles or hugs, they also know his grandparents by name, who occasionally picks him up for play dates. The teachers gives me a report on him daily, the school is quick to call when he has a slight temperature, and he gets a good mix of outside play time, nap, reading, music and art lessons. I couldn't be more happy with their service.
