Kindercare Learning Center

At first, I was hesitant with a large center, but my kids love it there the staff is amazing, we love everyone. I want to thank Ms. Julie and Miss Bianca, my son is in their pre-k and has come such a long way, definitely prepared him for kindergarten. My daughter also attends the toddler class; my daughter has had some food and diaper sensitives that her teachers have been great about monitoring and communicating with me. I am so grateful that she has Ms. Shay and Mr. Ace, it has been difficult for me to leave both my babies, but they are so amazing and generous I can. All the teachers are really great highly recommend, family atmosphere.

We have been with KinderCare in the Rochester area for about 6 years now. Starting at the location in Victor and moving to the Webster location after we moved. When we first started at the location in Victor I quickly came to the conclusion we wouldn't go anywhere else for child care. Knowing they had multiple locations in the Rochester area made it very easy for us to transfer from one to another. The reasons we will always stay with KinderCare and recommend it to others is because of the quality of staff they hire, the curriculum, and the school-home feel they provide. I love that they are the perfect happy medium between school and home. It isn't so much like an institution nor is it just like a home, but has that homey feel. The curriculum is amazing! Our two oldest children went through KinderCare since they were infants. They entered kindergarten (skipping UPK/PRE-K) knowing how to hold a pencil correctly, write their name, colors, shapes, and just further ahead than a lot of kids their age. Someone close to us, who is a kindergarten teacher was impressed with how much they could do at their age and a lot of that has to do with the care and attention they received from KinderCare. Currently our 3rd is here at Webster KinderCare and again we absolutely love it here! Great communication and they work very well with at home and in class consistency to make it easier on the children. I highly recommend KinderCare as a child care facility for any parent/guardian looking for child care in the area!

We have had an incredibly positive experience since joining the Webster location, especially with Ms Livvy and Ms Ellen. These two continue to go above and beyond and we are so thankful and fortunate our toddler gets to spend so much time with such talented educators. We are confident in the incredible care, patience, and love they show every single day. It is evident that both Ms Livvy and Ms Ellen have such a special way with toddlers - their kindness, creativity, and understanding help make every day a joyful learning adventure. We see the difference they make, not just in the skills being learned, but in the way she comes home happy, curious, and excited to go back the next day. We are so appreciative of the hugs, stories, songs, and little moments that make a big impact. Thank you for helping create the culture at Kindercare that gives us the confidence to send her every day.

We’ve have the best experience of having our three children enrolled at Webster KinderCare, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team of educators who care for them every day. Ms. Tara, we know it's a difficult job but truly appreciate your leadership and continually working to make it a great place for our kids to learn. From the moment we first stepped through the doors, we felt a sense of comfort and trust knowing that our kids were in such loving, capable hands. A special shout-out goes to all our kids current teachers: Ms. Julie & Ms. Bianca, Ms. Rachel & Ms. Jackie, and Ms. Jess & Ms. Sam—each one of you has gone above and beyond in making our kids feel safe, valued, and loved. Whether it’s through thoughtful interactions, exciting learning activities, or simply providing a reassuring smile when we drop them off, you all make it clear that you genuinely care for our children like your own. Even as our little ones transition between teachers at the end of the day, we always feel at ease knowing they’ll continue to be surrounded by familiar, nurturing faces. Shout out Mr. Mike & Mr. Eli & Ms. Kiana. It speaks volumes about the warm, collaborative environment at Webster KinderCare that our kids feel so comfortable moving between classrooms and teachers when necessary—something we know is only possible because of the wonderful staff's consistent and caring approach. We can't forget all our kids past teachers as well, Ms. Chandra & Ms. Sarra and Ms. Alyssa & Ms. Montana. I'm sure I missed a few but we are so thankful for all the incredible work you do, and we truly feel blessed to have our children in such good hands every day. Thank you for all the love, patience, and dedication you show to our kids—it does not go unnoticed!

I've been extremely blessed with the most amazing teachers and care givers from Webster Kindercare. I have 3 kids, 1 graduate and 2 currently enrolled. I am impressed by the care, attention, learning, and love my kids get at this facility. The teachers have truly become an extension to the village of helping us grow our children. There will never be enough words to express my gratitude to them. Special shout goes to Ms. Jess and Ms. Sam in the infant room, Ms. Sara and Ms. Chandra in toddlers, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Jackie in multi-age, and Ms. Tori in Pre-K. Those are just the folks I am blessed to have but the other folks are amazing too. I just love how everyone there knows my kids and always greets them with kindness and excitement. Glad to have stability in my center and teachers who go the extra mile to make the experience one of a kind for my kids. Thanks for caring for them like they were your own!
