Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard has exceeded all expectations and have been thrilled with every aspect of my experience with them. This place is so not good every other month my son get sick at this daycare they don’t clean the rooms 3 times my son get hand mouth and foot from this place. No one in my home gets sick at all from this virus 🦠 no young children in my house. Every time you go in the rooms it smells like poop some times I think my son has poop on him. The front desk has a nasty attitude every time you tell them about the place there they want to get defensive. If I could give it a no rating I would. This is ridiculous. Like obviously my kid got sick from their And the one Justine talking about they have no control over the virus like what!?!?! yes you guys do clean y’all classroom. Since I been a this place almost 2 years my son has been to the doctor a lot. Every day the kids nose running they wait until you get there at pick up and wipe their nose I have seen kids there mucus all over their face. Yes they probably do clean it but why wait until the parents get there to clean their nose. I don’t feel like they clean the place. Never seeing a cleaning person there never seeing the floor wet nothing never. I don’t care if a parent don’t acknowledge you guys about a virus obviously y’all not cleaning properly. Since I was a first time mom idk about daycare idk why I stay this long, I even convinced myself it was his allergies. Now what allergies, after reading the reviews here I saw a parent had the same issue I had. They never replied to reviews to have engagement with the parents
After a poor experience at our previous daycare, I have been nothing but thrilled with Kids R Kids Preston Vineyard! My son has been here since he was 6 months and is now closing in on 19 months. He is in his third classroom (moved up due to age) and all of his teachers have always been wonderful. Everyone that works here knows his name and makes him feel special - his teachers always take the time to tell me how his day was and I am notified promptly of any bumps/bruises or even if he misbehaved. Even the director will stop what she's doing to answer any questions or concerns I have. I have never seen babies left crying like in my previous experience and in fact, I see the staff giving hugs and comfort even to the older kids who are just sad to see mom or dad go. This is a very loving and nurturing facility and I am so comfortable having them care for my little man. The facility itself is so clean and well maintained - there is a true pride in ownership here! It's awesome that they have separate outdoor (age appropriate) play areas for the different classes. I also love that I can check in on my son via webcam when I am missing him. Overall very pleased - I would go out of my way to take my son here!
Love this place! My son has been here since he was 6 months old. He loves it there. In fact when I go to pick him up he never wants to leave! The staff and the Director are also amazing and I know my child is in good hands while he is there. The classrooms are structured and the kids are actually learning and having fun at the same time. Which is a relief to know that he is getting a solid education that will prepare him for elementary school!
We have had children enrolled in Kids R Kids since July 2013 and have experience with rooms 100-350. Our experience has been wonderful. The director and office manager are always friendly and helpful, and the teachers have an evident love for children. I am amazed at how much my toddler knows, how well behaved he is, and especially his vocabulary and knowledge of letters, numbers, and shapes.The secure cameras are an added bonus. I love to peep in on my little ones throughout the day to see them happily playing with friends or interacting with their teachers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is searching for a childcare center where your children are loved and cared for and also taught based on a structured curriculum.
