What Parents Say
Kids Palace Learning Center receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising the caring staff, reasonable pricing, and welcoming environment. However, one parent reported a significantly negative experience involving poor communication about their non-verbal child's allergies and special needs, resulting in the child being turned away on his first day.
I love this day care. It was my first time and first experience was a Daycare. I want to say the staff was really sweet and reliable my baby loved this school… He started off at one years old now he used to very social very happy to come in. Miss Sabie was very sweet and understanding Of his milk, allergies.. They were so supportive with his asthma and his inhaler regimen… I really will miss the school! If I could give them 100 stars, I would
This daycare is one of my son's favorite places. He loves his teachers and the owner. The owner is always at the daycare, checking on the children and their teachers. They do a good job and care for our children. I would never change this daycare for anything. I highly recommend it. It is very cozy and comfortable for both me and my son. Above all, the prices are very reasonable.
I visited this daycare to enroll my child for after-school pickup because I wanted him to interact and socialize with other kids of his age, especially since he is non-verbal. However, my experience was far from positive. My experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I spoke with Sabie, who was extremely unprofessional and seemed only concerned about the enrollment fee, insisting I pay it on the spot. I brought my son with me, and despite seeing him in person, she paid no attention when I explained that he is non-verbal and has food allergies. she paid no attention to this crucial information. I paid the registration fee that day and later returned to drop off the enrollment paperwork, including his allergy information and immunization records. On the morning of my son's first day, Sabie texted me asking about his allergies, despite this information being clearly provided a week prior. She then told me I would have to pick him up at 5 pm because of his allergy even though our initial agreement was 6pm which I agreed, She stated that no other kids at the daycare have allergies. Yet, there is a list of children with food allergies posted on the classroom wall. Later, at 4:25 pm, she texted me again, saying she had picked up my child and, because he is a special needs child, they could not accommodate him. If Sabie had taken the time to review the enrollment form submitted a week ago or listened to me when I initially explained my child's needs, I wouldn’t have had to endure this unprofessional, dismissive, and inhumane treatment. This experience shows a lack of care, attention, and professionalism needed to support all children, no compassion and respect for children with special needs and their families. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone, especially those with children who require special attention.
It is a good daycare. Affordable and reasonable price. Teachers are very cooperative and nice.
The staff are wonderful and make the daycare feel comfortable and welcoming!
