My son has been attending A is for Apple for about 4 months now and I can definitely tell a difference!!! Within weeks of attending, his vocabulary sky rocketed. He is learning so much! It's is a small but a well run and affordable daycare! The staff are professional and definitely care about my son. I don't have to worry while I'm at school or work. They provide excellent care even when he's being a little knucklehead! Lol! Definitely recommend A is for Apple!!!
very dissatisfied with the customer service skills. I called a few times and got an answer twice. The first time, it was noisy in the background, no friendly greeting, just a monotone "hello" repeated several times before she hung up. There was no call back or follow-up. When I called again, my call went straight to voicemail. I tried once more and got another "hello." I greeted her politely and asked about availability. She said no and, when asked for recommendations, mentioned two centers, suggesting I do my own research. I found one of the recommended centers had terrible reviews. It's unprofessional to recommend something you wouldn't use yourself. Whether you have availability or not, how you represent your business still matters. The phone representative was very unprofessional and low class. Improve your service. Your business may be thriving now, but you'll need customers when things are not as good. Humble yourself.
My kiddo and I love A is for Apple! He attends here for after school care and they are great with him. The staff is fantastic with the children! As a single mother, it gives me tremendous peace of mind to know my son is at a place where he is comfortable and happy while I work. I highly recommend this place to other parents.
Over all one of the best Daycare’s I know. The staff is amazing and they really teach the children. I recommend anyone in Galveston or surrounding areas if you need child care rather it’s daily weekly or hourly check with them
Best daycare and school. My 3 year old is learning sign language and has homework every night. She has been with them since she was a few months old. They had her potty trained way before she was two years and, and they are all 3 like 2nd mommys to her. We love them all.
