We couldn’t be happier with this mom-and-pop daycare. From day one, it’s felt less like a business and more like an extension of our family. Believe all the horrible things you've seen people write about this place! Very unkind people for your kids! Dont be fooled. Youll see how unprofessional the owners are. How toxic they are! Our kid had such bad experiences when we tried to look into them. I even overheard one of the workers commenting by name of the toxic owners and how uneducated and barbaric they are to the other works too. Its overall very sketchy and not well maintained. Even their site was blocked to access.
To start off, the only thing good about this place is the semi decent pricing that the director offers, however if you do your research there are better locations out there with equal or better pricing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any parent. Our little girl only went for 5 weeks, and after that refused point blank to go back as every time we dropped her off she would cry, and say she didn’t want to stay. Every night we picked her up she would tell us after leaving that she didn’t want to go back, we had to fight here several times to go as my wife and I had to work. Several pick ups we noted that her behind was not wiped properly as we had told the location she needed help. There was even on point where she had to have a full clothes change and they just stuffed her dirty clothes into her back pack with a letter saying that she needed more clothes, even though her back pack contained 3 sets. The location smelled pretty rough every morning that we dropped our little one off. We even asked to meet her teachers and never ever got to as the teachers were never there when we dropped her off or when we went to pick her up and our requests were never answered. The director though is the worst of it all. She doesn’t know how to deal with parents as overall whole. One night we picked up our girl and she didn’t have her assistant with her. I was snapped at and told that I needed to focus on her rather than our little girl who kept trying to run out the door. She is very rude and highly demanding and is very derogative with her tone towards grown ups, even going as far as the last day we went to pick up our daughters things. She gave us someone else’s kids clothes and items that weren’t even our daughters. We tried to tell her that those weren’t ares and she responded with, “its hers I know her stuff” if we could leave less than one star we would. It should also be noted that they were inspected last year due to allegations of insufficient care for disabled clients attending there school. While the report does read that they passed the inspection our daughters cry’s for not returning show us that the location is not as good as they make it seem. Do not go here if you’re looking for care. It’s not worth it.
We love Kids N Kids Creations! It's family owned, And they teach my daughter good morals and values. They teach the kids patience and generosity. They're so creative and serve good meals and make sure they get exercise every day. My two-year-old is very shy, but at KNKC, She runs right inside and hugs everybody there. We're so grateful to have found this place.
My 1 year old daughter has been coming here since beginning of summer, I love this daycare and so does she! The owner is very involved with the kids and I trust her completely. Very happy to have found this place, and it’s so close to my job. They truly love the kids and take great care of them !
