My daughter started here when she was 6 month old. I will admit that kiddie keeper station did an excellent job with her until the age of 1 year old. They took wonderful care of her when she was in the infant room and 1 year old room. However, when she turned 2 year old this is when the real struggle began. 1) the environment isnt structure at all, 2) if they assist with potty training they are very inconsistent with it. I had to stay on the staff about it. It was insane, 3) this daycare lack diversity. From the kids who attend to the teachers. When i first started my daughter, the daycare had two black kids (mines and another one). Christmas break 2020 the owner of the daycare Annette sent out a unprofessional message. The tone of the message was just overall inappropriate. The message wasn’t specifically towards our family, but others, in which a lot of kids were pulled out. The other black kid was one of them. At this point we became increasingly concerned and explained it to the owner. Annette either was uncomfortable or maybe she didn’t care. It seems that she wasn’t concerned with having black kids attend her daycare. If you are black family looking for a daycare for your kids this may not be the place for you. When Annette had this I don’t care attitude this is when we pulled her out. The first two items listed they did a dog and pony show with, but it wasn’t consistent. In other words they pretended to provide structure and teach her. If structured, potty training and learning environment is important to you beyond the age of 1. This isn’t the place. After 2 year old, they are great with letting your child play, watch tv in a safe environment. It’s very important that your child regardless if he/she is black, white, Hispanic, Asian etc are able to identify with their own race. I don’t think Annette fully understand the impact it can have later on in life. Maybe one day she will learn the importance of diversity, but as of today she is not.
Very nice staff! My son loves it :) They are very flexible and have great price options!
