I am extremely disappointed with how Kids R Kids operates and communicates with families. During weather related closures and limited operational days, families were charged full tuition despite services not being fully provided. When I requested clarification or adjustment, I was given responses that referenced handbook language that did not apply to the situation and my concerns were not resolved. More concerning are the ongoing health and safety issues. My child has been injured on more than one occasion without an incident report being provided, and in other instances reports were submitted late. This raises serious concerns about supervision, transparency, and compliance with reporting expectations. My child is frequently sick, missing school days and spending weekends ill. Based on what I have personally observed and addressed with management, cleaning and sanitization practices do not appear to meet the standards that are communicated to parents. I was told hospital grade products were being used, however what I observed and was later acknowledged was routine soap and water. When I raised these concerns, I was met with inconsistent explanations rather than corrective action. Instead of focusing on whether staff were following proper procedures, leadership focused on questioning how often I reviewed the cameras and how frequently my child was sick, attempting to disprove my concerns rather than address them. Even when factual concerns were presented, no meaningful changes were made. Overall, my experience has shown a consistent focus on cost cutting and billing rather than the wellbeing, safety, and health of the children in their care. This has been deeply disappointing and concerning as a parent. I had a very concerning experience with the owner of this daycare that ultimately led to my child being de-enrolled without my consent or notification. After I raised concerns as a parent, my camera access was suddenly turned off. When I called to ask why, I was told there was “nothing wrong with the app” and that there had been no updates. When I questioned why it stopped working immediately after I voiced concerns, the explanation changed. The owner then stated she assumed I wanted to terminate my child’s enrollment and had already de-enrolled him. At no point—by message, call, or writing—did I ever request to withdraw my child. When I asked her to point out where I said that, there was no response, because it never happened. She admitted this was an assumption on her part, meaning she acted outside of her own policies and contract. I was not informed of the de-enrollment and would not have known until I physically arrived at the center, which is unacceptable. What made this even more troubling was how quickly I felt dismissed and retaliated against after speaking up. As a Brown mother advocating for her child, this situation left me feeling targeted rather than heard. In my experience, concerns raised by parents who look like me were not treated with care or professionalism—only our payments seemed to matter, not the well-being of our children. To make matters worse, she initially offered only a partial refund for the week, despite the contract being broken due to her unilateral decision. I had to insist on a full refund, including fees, because this situation was caused entirely by her actions—not mine. I will always advocate for my child. Parents deserve transparency, fairness, and respect—especially when it comes to our babies. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor judgment, lack of communication, and a complete failure to support families once concerns are raised. I strongly encourage other parents to proceed with caution. Update: To the Owner, My concerns were specific, documented, and based on direct experience. They involved supervision, professionalism, communication, and unequal treatment — not “fit.” Reframing them as a partnership issue avoids addressing the substance of what was raised. Your response reinforces my concerns. I consider the matter closed.
I wish I could give zero stars. They literally mistreat babies at this daycare. They do not care, respect, or treat with love the kids there!!! A lady was caught on camera mistreating a sleeping toddler girl at this daycare. The video is everywhere on the internet. The Director support the violence of the team members toward the kids as no follow up, or suspension has been done to that lady. The baby girl fell on her face because she was disoriented from being woken up so roughly. She cried and was confused, and the monster lady didn’t mind helping the baby girl get up on her feet, or console her! If you love your kids, DO NOT SENT THEM THERE! They don’t like your kids, they mistreat and abuse them.
A daycare worker with fair skin and straight brown hair abused a woman’s daughter that was attending this daycare by yanking the little girl out of her sleep while she was taking a nap on the floor instead of politely waking her up as if she doesn’t have human emotions and feelings like everyone else and nothing was done about it. Disgusting. Don’t bring your kids here.
I appreciate and respect all the teachers at the school. They all do an amazing job. Keep up the good/hard work ladies!!
In today’s world, every thing is expensive. But this daycare is out of this world expensive, especially for a grade school child. $165 a week and an $25 late charge if you’re late on paying for the following weeks tuition which I don’t understand because if im late paying the tuition there’s clearly a reason why, so to add insult to injury that fee is tacked on. Only reason my child attends this daycare is because they close later than most daycares and I work late. Nice daycare, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone truthfully.
