I couldn’t be happier with this daycare! My child has been here since a new born and she is now in pre-k. From the moment we enrolled, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. They treat my child with so much care and patience, and I can see the love they put into everything they do. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with fun activities that help her learn and grow every day. My child is always excited to go and comes home happy, talking about what she learned. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child is in good hands. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing and professional place for their child/children.

I don’t care what nobody says. I am 60 years old and the Palmer family cared for me when I was a child. Mr. Palmer took me to Haughbrooks Acadeny and to Mother Hubbard. His children know the child care business better than anybody. When I got sick and could no longer care for my youngest grandson I reached out to Mr. Palmer’s Daughter. At 60 I might not remember what happened yesterday but I will never forget Mr. & Mrs. Palmer. The Palmer family are among the kindest people that I have encountered in my lifetime. Thank you Kenya Palmer-Dumas for your help in my time of need. Although it’s probably been 55 years since we’ve seen each other😂 I am going to make sure I stop by to say hello.

This school was amazing so i thought. My child was 6 months when he started and I actually loved the infant room teacher and the school in the beginning. Once my son started walking I feel like everything changed. His first birthday was in July, I was notified by the director “ that he was doing really well and would be moved into the 1 year old class two days after he turned 1” that didn’t sit right in my spirit because there were kids in the infant room with my son who had been 1 and already walking around for months and they hadn’t been moved. I spoke with the director and we agreed he would be moved into the 1 year old room on August 4, 2025! On July 29 my son was taken out of the infant room and put into the 1 year old room with out my knowledge i was only informed because of the teachers contacted me via social media and told me he was moved that instantly upset me . I was then told he didn’t eat his lunch that day and I knew it was because my son was uncomfortable he always eats every day. Then, on July 30 once his dad signed him in and i received the Procare notification he was signed into toddler 1 room. I was then notified by the 1 year old classroom teacher that my son was crying all day and they thought he had an ear infection in which I knew he didn’t. It was told to me by another staff member that my son was in the infant room crying in the middle of the floor unattended! I called the school and the director was very rude to me on that call she dismissed it as if he had an ear infection and that i was not comfortable with him going to the 1 year old class but he SHOULDNT HAVE NEEN MOVED IN THE FIRST PLACE due to me not even being informed! She then told me “ well he’s back in the infant room now! I then made the decision to pull my child from the school because i should be informed about everything pertaining to my child. I was also told my another staff member that after a child turns 1 they usually keep them in the infant room up until they are 16months i felt as though my son was rushed and I’m not sure as to why? The school is not all bad I just feel as though when it came to my son his best interest was not on their minds so i did what was best

My children absolutely love this daycare. It’s been 8 in half years attending Kids In Action. My babies learned so much getting them ready to take on Elementary school. From regular academics, learning different languages, meeting goals and conquering obstacles. The owners go above and beyond to make sure every child/ parent needs are met. Whether it’s pertaining to childcare or family needs they’ll always help you along the way! They’re involved in the community and love having events to help the children thrive and have fun. If your looking for a safe and secure facility…. Look no further come to Kids In Action!!!! My babies love it here!!

My daughter loves going to this day care! She walks in excited to see her friends and staff. They treat the children with compassion, kindness and respect. The previous Daycare my daughter was going to, she was treated poorly, and she made it aware by her actions. My daughter was just turning one when she started being around people in general and children, when I drop her off she will cry, when I picked her up, she will cry, when my nine-year-old daughter was going to the summer camp. She also was letting me know her sister was crying throughout the day. My daughter will come home with rashes and poopy clothing all the time. So to say, since my daughter started kids in action academy, she has not made no one complaint or showed any type of discomfort. I am so grateful I chose this day care. I recommend this daycare.
