Most of the staff is warm , educated, experienced , as there "handbook" describes they should be. There are some not so nice people however. The director does not fit the description of a warm individual. She is a very snippy person. She is very short with people. I heard her yell across the room at one of the employees to "answer the phone" while I was talking to her. I thought how embarrassing for the employee to be yelled at like that in front of a customer. I recently had my contract terminated by this not so warm individual. I was told that I left my 2yr old grandson in the hallway about 5 ft from his classroom unattended. For that reason I was told I have 2 weeks to find alternative daycare. I talked to other daycares about this "infraction" or just a simple over sight and they told me they simple would have asked me face to face not to leave him unattended again when dropping off. Unfortunately this daycare is the only daycare center for 30mls. I would look else where if I were looking for a daycare center. This is not a warm and friendly place. Believe me. !! The owners are cold as ice !! It's worth going out of your way to find something else.
