Kid'S Express

Run far away. This daycare is a joke. Staff are unfriendly and don’t watch the kids properly during playtime. My child has come home numerous times with wounds from other children, and they claim that they got it while playing and when I would ask about it, no one seemed to know anything. Very unprofessional. There are lots of other Daycare’s in the area that are A better choice.

Unfortunately I’d have to pass. I was looking for a daycare to put my 3 and 4 year old in rather quickly. I called up and the lady I spoke to said she does not know if they’re are any openings full time but to call back when the owner was there. Called back spoke to owner and was told there was a part time opening so I jumped all over it. Told her to email me the papers. Gave her all my information. She said she would email me the papers by the end of the day. Never got any email not even a call back explaining the situation. Called back the next day early in the morning and was told she does not get there till later. I called again still the owner is not there. Told me to call again or she would have someone call me. I told her I’d call back because I didn’t wanna hang on someone calling me. I called a 3rd time around 11-12 and spoke to the owner. Now she’s telling me that there are no opening and there’s a wait list. Like it was a very simple question. Is there it isn’t there any openings. When she told me there was I canceled a tour at another daycare and called my subsidized daycare lady to let her know that this was the Daycare I would be bringing my kids to. Will needless to say I had to call her back to let her know that this Daycare was giving me the runaround. First, they don’t have openings and they do have openings and now back again they don’t have openings. Back-and-forth back-and-forth. I’m not about games. I called back around 3 and spoke to the lady again, she said she would let me know by 5 o’clock weather or not there was an opening. It’s 445 and still no callback from this Daycare so obviously I called back now a sixth time and say my Subsidized Daycare case manager needs an answer on whether or not to get the ball rolling. In a very rude manner to tell me well, then I guess there are no openings. Wow if the daycare was this much of a pain in the butt before my kids are even enrolled I don’t want to know how they’d be once my kids are officially there and they’re receiving money.

The teachers and staff are personable and very friendly. My child is almost 3 and has been attending Kids Express for just over a year. I love seeing how much he's grown and learned in the last year alone and I appreciate the care and attention he's given. There is no shortage of fun activities for the kids throughout the month and my son looks forward to going every day. I highly recommend.

Teachers and Staff are super friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get a schedule that worked best for me and my child. They are reasonably price. They have tons of fun things planned every month. I couldn't be happier with my child being at this preschool 10/10.

They want your money and that is. They don’t want to work with your child or teach them anything. Teacher are unfriendly,emotionalist and don’t care. The teachers don’t smile or say hi to you. Go to a real preschool.
