If I could write zero stars, I would. Not once but TWICE has this place screwed up. They wanted my child to get services to have some additional help. Once those services got approved. They didn’t have any spots available for my child leaving me to find childcare elsewhere. Once again I put my child on a waitlist due to other childcare closing and I waited for a few months. I received a phone call and they said that they would have an opening the middle of February. I went in for the intake meeting signed the papers and I just got a phone call that they were hopeful to open up a second classroom, but the plan fell through so they wouldn’t be able to accept my child. Why would you offer a position if the plan wasn’t even set in place? Leaving me jobless yet again after false hope. AWFUL COMMUNICATION.

Unfortunately, my kids will miss their graduation today. Watch Me Shine Inc. has decided that their hard work and efforts are not deserving of celebration. Because I had to keep my son home, Watch Me Shine Inc. was unable to handle his needs and change his diaper. They sent me a message stating I needed to pick him up. I arrived at the school one hour later because I was in a meeting and did not hear my phone. My son was soaking wet, cold, and asleep on the bathroom floor, still in a soiled diaper. No one offered comfort to my baby. I told them we would return for graduation with both kiddos and was told that would be okay. However, this is how things unfolded my kiddos are being punished for something that was not their fault and they are being robbed the experience of graduating with their class. This school has been reported to the state on my son's behalf. I advise everyone to keep their kids away from this school.

Watch Me Shine let's children shine to their full capabilities. The owner cares deeply about the students and all of her methodologies are research based and supportive of all children. The environment is warm and growing with a phenomenal director and administrative staff. The teachers are passionate and here because they love the students. The parents are wonderful as well. Wouldn’t send my dog to this facility! Staff is rude and treats people like garbage they should be named Watch me fail!! There is maybe one gentleman that is really nice and cares out of all the staff ONE teacher that is respectful!! Sad really!!! The admin is the nastiest of them all!!! If you don’t like kids or your job find a new one!!!

Pretty expensive for the bare minimum. Some teachers are nice and had no issues with them but overall not the best experience.
